TrustpilotAmazing
We just bought our first house, and Andrina was more then helpful. As FTB, we had lots of questions 😊, but their quick response and support throughout this process made this purchase so smooth. They also work amazing as a team.I would highly recommend Andrina ! Thank you for the nice experience

TrustpilotPoor experience
As a landlord, I cannot recommend this agency. They have high staff turnover, are extremely disorganized, blatantly mis-inform, and oversee shoddy maintenance. The experience from the POV of the tenant seems to be just as poor. The sales team blatantly over-promises, then the landlord is left trying to understand why they are on the hook for things they explicitly did not agree to. Really a horrible experience all around.

TrustpilotJohn D Wood Wandsworth
Jake and the team at Wandsworth were fantastic from start to finish in the sale of my property. In what has been as a trying time for many people in viewing properties the team out performed what I had expected of them and made the selling process easy from start to finish.

TrustpilotSale of flat in the Fulham area…
I sold a flat in the Fulham area through the John D Wood team in Parsons Green/ Fulham Broadway. For various reasons (outside control of John D Wood or myself), this was a long, drawn-out sales process. I have to say that John D Wood team was at all times professional, responsive and went above and beyond to get the sale done and completed. I would certainly recommend John D Wood to my friends and contacts.

I have been working with Shoeni and the team for 10yrs with nothing but efficient helpful knowledgeable assistance. Love them! Love they are local and established in the ‘hood. I’ve worked with sales too and can’t say enough nice things about working with Jake and his sales crew.

GoogleThe team at the Esher office went far beyond the call of professional duty to secure our sale and purchase. They pulled out all the stops to secure a happy ending. Can't recommend them highly enough. Andrina particularly went the extra mile and was always reliable, friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring about her clients

TrustpilotHorrible experience with this agency
Horrible experience with this agency. I am currently living in a 3 bed flat in Fulham where one of the bedroom ceiling has collapsed and for last 2 months the agency has been slow, practically unresponsive and simply rude. They treat tenants with such disdain it’s shocking. Do not use this company

Dear Ify Thank you for your getting in touch and we are of course understandably disappointed to hear this. We can see that the Senior Head of Property Management has been in touch and is currently in correspondence, alongside the Property Manager to help resolve this matter.RegardsJohn D Wood & Co.

GoogleWe have been leasing off CHK for several years now, during this time they have always been professional, courteous and quick to resolve issues. Most importantly, they are great communicators, not only when we reach out but also to advise of any planned works or building issues. They have been a big factor in us continuing our lease and I would happily recommend them.

GoogleI have let out my property with Gavin and his team for over four years now and have always found them exceptionally professional and a pleasure to deal with. They have continued to find me excellent tenants even when the market is tough. I would have no hesitation in recommending their services.

TrustpilotAlessandro Lucatello, John D Wood & Co PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Alessandro Lucatello, Head of Property Management at John D Wood, does an exceptional job. He always goes above & beyond to ensure my needs & wishes - as a landlord - are met. This includes personally overseeing projects on my property - something he could easily delegate but chooses to see things through for himself. He's amazing - & so are his staff who have looked after me for many, many years now. I can't recommend John D Wood for your Property Management needs, more highly. First class - always!

TrustpilotSelling with JDW Summertown
We highly recommend prospective sellers to consider JDW in Summertown. Our experience has been first class and the JDW service was highly professional right from the start - realistic estimate of house value, knowledge of the local market and how to maximise our sale price and managing our anxieties and expectations throughout the whole lengthy process to completion. The team were always professional, responsive and friendly and definitely worked hard to help us achieve our sale. They managed everything - EPC, flattering professional photographs included as part of the service, all the very many viewings, right through to chasing solicitors and other parties all along the chain to achieve completion. If you are considering selling your home, then do consider calling Daniel or Wai at JDW.

TrustpilotIncredibly rude staff
I rented a property that was part managed by John D Wood. The service was just awful - whenever we wanted something done with any urgency, they never responded. As soon as they wanted something, we'd receive really abrupt and quite rude emails demanding that we respond immediately. The tone of all staff was rude and often accusatory. I still have no idea what the landlord paid them for as they didn't manage the property as we dealt with all the maintenance issues.

TrustpilotAverage performance
A recent new tenant who turned out to be very pleasant was found very quickly. The previous Tenancy Find was supposed to be for two tenants in the flat whereas in fact there were three and I was not happy about that.

GoogleAbsolutely superb and highly professional service. My house move has been extremely easy, made possible by the wonderful Andrina. She has kept me informed every step of the way, made enquiries swiftly and come back with answers almost immediately. I cannot recommend highly enough :)

GoogleWe have dealt with CHK on several occasions and their service was second to none. They listened to exactly what our criteria was and found us several houses to choose from. Lesley goes above and beyond to help her client and we can honestly say that they are the best and most reliable agency we have ever dealt with.

TrustpilotExcellent Experience
John D Wood & Co. recently helped me to sell my property and I found them extremely professional and very helpful. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and when a storm took down a tree and demolished the hedge, they immediately got a chap along to sort it out.Their communication regarding feedback from potential buyers was superb. I never had to chase them for information and I would recommend them to anyone wishing to sell a property.
