GoogleI'm a new estate agency and setting up my business has involved carrying out a lot of research as well as navigating an array of different services and solutions. Nick in sales has been incredibly helpful and proactive in terms of getting to know me and my business and providing me with a variety of relevant options for my website, CRM and support services. The projects, web development and training teams have also been great - working efficiently to get me set up and always on hand to provide support when needed. GoogleI have been using Estate IT (PCHOMES) now for the most part of 2-3 years. When the system works it is pretty good, but when there is an issue or bug and the company are called they claim to make a note of the issue reported and promise to call back. This call back is very rear, if at all,. If the company are chased the staff have no idea what your original complaint was and if you can remember then they normally provide you a work around, very rarely is the issue fixed. Dear Nigel. Respectfully we have spoken to you personally on numerous occasions and you are one of those staff members (that I refer to, but you are not alone) that does not return calls when you promise to call back to resolve an issue. There really is no point in discussing or emailing. I have posted my review. If and when I have a promising experience you can be assured that I will return to this site and give that feedback.

GoogleBased on my previous experience with Estates IT, I'm more then happy to reccomend them! I have used their software a little over 5 years ago to manage my companies portfolio and now I'm on the other side of the fence and have connected with Estates IT's API's to be able to get my clients property feeds to my new property portal. I have mainly communicated with Jacqueline who remained extremely helpful, professional and efficient as well gone above and beyond to ensure the project is going smoothly and update us at every occassion.

GoogleI found Churchods to be very thorough and one of the few estate agents to really take the time to understand the full brief in terms of the type of property and locations we are looking for. Unlike others, they only send me information on houses that are relevant! It feels like a family business and much care is shown. They hit the mid market price points and this is I believe their area of expertese.

FacebookVery unhappy with the deal. Everything perfect to enter, can not have a complaint in our payments and as neighbors, but when we left the house, surprise, I know they were left with half of the deposit for things that were already wrong and for leaving some new furniture, thinking we were doing all right. In summary very well to enter, but to go out we deal with a person that we do not know and does not really know how the house was, knowing the agent with whom we hired the entrance the poor state and little cleaning of the house. We feel cheated !!!
