GoogleEstatesit have been without doubt totally instrumental in helping me launch my own online agency after 26 years of working on the high street. To anyone out there thinking of starting up, Estatesit will help you with their low cost monthly payments and professional but low cost start up websites which can then be upgraded as time goes by the the more expensive ones if you wish. Controlling costs is the single most important thing in the first twelve months of running an agency, but the support from Estatesit has also been faultless from day one and anytime I have any issue I can ring them and someone is there to help. 10/10. FacebookHad an interaction with Scott Carson and Alkesh Majevadia at the Kingston Branch of Curchods and was disgusted that they are using COVID -19 as a basis to obtain confidential information and screen buyers. They insisted that they were acting in the interest of the Vendors and refused to arrange an appointment to view 29 Avenue Road KT 1 unless I provide details of the deposit amount I would be putting down and mortgage provider. When informed that insisting a person provide such Confidential Information to make an appointment was potentially a breach of the GDPR Regulations they went on to try and justify their actions by saying that it was for safety reasons! People have died from this Pandemic and key workers have put their lives at risk daily to save people regardless of their economic status! COVID 19 is not a screening opportunity for estate agents nor is it a money making opportunity! Nobody would put themselves in a position to ask for an appointment to view a property at these trying times if they were not serious buyers. Further if anyone came to view a property they are in just as much risk as the next person and a first viewing does not translate into an immediate offer! So the reasons that you are seeking this information from buyers is potentially unlawful and a breach of their privacy but more importantly is disgusting and self serving, Next time you turn up for an appointment at the doctors perhaps they should request your financial capability/status to pay for medical assistance before treating you - just to keep doctors safe and to make sure you are not wasting their time given the pressures of COVID 19!

GoogleCurchod's Esher (Matthew Knight and Gillian Thomas, in particular) were really good during the purchase of a property that we are in the midst of completing on. We had a number of obstacles along the way and especially on the day of exchange, I hugely valued Matt's efforts in being resourceful and getting all the solicitors and agents aligned to get contracts done and exchanged. This was with literally minutes to spare before a deadline that would have preventing us from completing within our timeline. While I don't have much comparable experience, I can appreciate how much ownership and care is needed to keep things moving and we really appreciated that. Thank you!

GoogleA great system and a fantastic company Recently I've been auditing and still auditing my business processes and systems and made significant changes to systemise the business more efficiently. Estates IT have been fantastic in working with us to ensure the CRM is adapted to ensure our process are better streamlined. David Weller - has been so patient and has put in a tremendous amount of effort and work to ensure our every demand has been seen to - even though our demands were border line impossible - he found a way and with the team at Estates IT and has made it happen. Yes there are so many other systems out there - but in 12 years of business i've used many other systems before Estates IT - None of them can be customised for our individual in house processes and systems - ensuring the business is efficiently streamlined - WHICH IS BIG for all companies at the moment.... But Estates IT has this ability to adapt The best thing is when Estates IT do their upgrades - They are upgrades that actually make a difference and not some gimmick upgrade which is nonsense. I know that future upgrades will be great and will help me improve my processes. @All at Estates IT - Thank you for everything you have done till date - and look forward to a long standing relationship with you moving forward.
