Very satisfied with the excellent service throughout.

Richard and his team were very fair, helpful and efficient right from the start. They gave us value for money, kept in touch throughout, returned calls efficiently and dealt with queries in a calm and reassuring manner. Selling a house after some 35 years is a stressful business however, they made it less so with their expert help and guidance. Of all the Estate Agents in Esher, we would certainly recommend Curchods as the best. Many thanks.

The sale of my house proved to be quite a prolonged and challenging experience and coincided at a time when I was suffering poor health which only caused further personal stress. However, such stress would have been much worse had it not been for Richard & Sally’s unfailing support, care and diligence. They provided a level of service that exceeded all my expectations as they were always available to provide advice and guidance . Moreover, they worked tirelessly to seek a buyer at a time when the market was quite subdued and were successful in attracting a significant number of viewings and their persistence in the follow up of those who viewed was unsurpassed . Here at LettingsBU we are a little different from the normal agency set up as we are run and operated as part of Bournemouth University. Many years ago we were struggling to find a package that suited our needs and that's when we discovered the awesome team at EstatesIT. From day one they have been the perfect partners to work with. They took on board that we operated a little differently and even though they have since found out its a little 'challenging' to get anything done with us with a number of hoops to jump through they have always gone above and beyond to help us out. Very competitively priced for the advanced product they offer and which seems to get developed and improved constantly. We have had many bespoke requests over the years which seems to involve the whole team at some point at EstatesIT but they always deliver which in turn has really improved our efficiencies within the office and improved the service we offer our customers so a win win. No matter what we are thinking its worth an ask and they do what they can. If what we want isn't there in the system then they will find a solution. As you may have guessed, i cant speak highly enough of everyone there. Great support, training, development, sales, the whole package. Its not a customer/client relationship really, they are more like friends who are all part of the same team. Here's to many more years working together and I'm sure we can think of some more pain in the neck Improvements for us that you can pull your hair out trying to solve. Thanks for all your efforts over the years. (I better get a discount on the next project after that review).

4.5 stars - wish we’d found them earlier! During our years in Esher, we’d used many of the local agents at some stage (as tenants/landlords/buyers/sellers). We hadn’t gone with Curchods before, but instructed their sales team in autumn 2020 and immediately felt like we’d made the right decision. They were helpful, knowledgeable and gave realistic advice without being pushy. Though we didn’t get quite as much for our property as originally hoped, ultimately they found us a buyer quickly and stayed in regular touch to ensure a smooth transaction (no small feat during lockdown!). I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them - and if we need an agent in the Esher area again, Curchods will be our first port of call.
