Their impeccable customer service, advice, support, patience, knowledgeable expertise, diligence and friendliness has been outstanding throughout our Sale transaction with them. They managed our expectations with complete oversight from start to end and made the journey stress free, especially important being overseas. Both Joe Buckle and Amir Khajedehi at the Northumberland Heath branch, whom we dealt with were always on hand. They kept us updated on progress, quickly dealt with any issues, they were always very professional, and they went way above and beyond their process to ensure exchange and completion progress was kept at good pace. Especially their passion, work ethics and customer service of this quality are truly hard to beat. We owe them so much more than this review and we highly recommend using Acorn. GoogleAcorn Northumberland Heath branch bent over backward for us! Having been on the market 2 years ago trying to sell the house without success, we’ve started this journey with great amount of doubt and little faith in estate agents. But this time around Acorn proved us wrong! They delivered exactly what they promised at the first appointment; not only that they are reliable, knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy, but they also provided excellent customer service by keeping us informed of the progress and responding to inquiries promptly. Selling and buying a house at the same time is not only a difficult task but also nerve wracking one. What really alleviated the stress and anxiety was having regular conversations with the Area Sales Manager Arikson and Opoku with them taking the time to explain the stage we were at and what needed to be done. Thank you, Arikson and Opoku for your professional and friendly support throughout the whole process and for making the selling of our existing home and buying the new one a successful and easier experience for us! Without a doubt, should we’ve stayed in the area and if you were needed - you would have been our first and only choice of estate agent!
