GoogleJoe and the team at Personal Agent have been fantastic from start to finish during the process of renting our flat. From the moment we were shown around our prospective property we knew they really had the 'personal' touch. Joe in particular has always been absolutely first class in helping me with my millions of questions! They're very prompt with replies, professional and well informed. We feel very confident with Personal Agent being great managers of our property and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. When we've visited in branch everyone was so polite and friendly, they all made us feel welcome. Paperwork was dealt with in a very effective way and organised well. Very pleased overall and we be telling our friends and family what great Estate Agents they are.

Their professionalism, helpfulness and friendliness helped greatly. Although Kerrie initially showed the property, I have had more dealings with these two lovely ladies. GoogleI am very please with the service the Personal Agent provided myself and partner in finding a new property to rent. 'Matthew' was very professional from our initial meet. He allowed us to view the property and remained distant outside due to the Covid Restrictions. He also communicated our needs to the Landlord so that the property was in the condition we wished for. 'Matthew' also allowed us to visit the property at short notice before we move in so that we could take measurements. The process to move in and complete all paperwork has been very good.
