all the staff at personal agent are highly professional, very helpful all the way through, from initial valuation to arrange professional photographer and making video to put our house on market. we were very pleased. They are working extremely hard, get people viewing even after 6pm and Saturdays. Thanks for George and Tom are so enthusiastic and professional. Special thanks to John for his excellent negotiation skills.We would highly recommended personal agent.

Although the sold my place, I was very disappointed with Luca selling and pushing my sale based on false information, which I realised later when it was too late to back off and also referred me avrillo solicitor as the best, but actually they are very dodgy and very, very expensive. First off all he was selling my 2 bedroom house as potential 3 bedroom house due to my renovated garage,which was meant as a playroom and not summer house as advertised and sold as such,which resulted in extra charge of £421 for the indemnity insurance for not having building regulations from this greedy company called Avrillo,when I requested refund the director refused as I signed brochure with no objections. However I told Luca about this wordings but he kept selling using this to his advantage to get it sold. After all I paid them over £5500 in commission and was expecting that small refund would not hurt them especially when they referred me such a outrageous super expensive dodgy company

Thank you for your review.As previously pointed out to you we did not say in any of our marketing that your maisonette had three bedrooms. It was always marketed as two bedrooms, and you signed off on all of your marketing material confirming it as a two bedroom maisonette.Because you put a bed in your garage at the bottom of your garden does not mean that we can call it a three bedroom maisonette! When the buyers solicitor then asked for an indemnity insurance for the garage to class it as a third bedroom, and you expected us to cover the cost, of course we refused to pay for that. And true to your word, as you said, if we did not cover the cost you would post bad reviews about us.Regarding your solicitors. We recommend the services of several different companies who act efficiently and honestly, which makes each transaction smoother and faster. The solicitors we recommend have a range of prices to suit all budgets. AVRillo are typically more expensive than some others, but they have consistently shown they are the most efficient to work with, which is a service many clients are keen to pay for.We had hoped that having successfully sold your property for the money you wanted ( when your previous agents had failed to do so ) you would have been happy with the successful outcome. We are sorry this is not the case, and we wish you all the best for the future.

definitely recommend if looking for somewhere to live they are always polite always respectful make it less stressful as it can be Callum has help me all the way through has done so much and gone out of hes way to help with everything , I couldn’t thank him enough for everything he has done for us and to all he’s staff who have also helped and be so polite and respectful to their customer if wasn’t for them I think I would still be waiting for somewhere to live but definitely recommend couldn’t ask for better service 😊

GoogleI am very please with the service the Personal Agent provided myself and partner in finding a new property to rent. 'Matthew' was very professional from our initial meet. He allowed us to view the property and remained distant outside due to the Covid Restrictions. He also communicated our needs to the Landlord so that the property was in the condition we wished for. 'Matthew' also allowed us to visit the property at short notice before we move in so that we could take measurements. The process to move in and complete all paperwork has been very good. This company is unfortunately still operating under discriminatory bias. I called to view a property, was not asked any questions other than whom would be living with (my 4 year son alone). I was then told the landlord wouldn’t rent to anyone with children, because of a previous tenant. It’s like saying I won’t rent to anyone Asian, black, disabled etc because a previous experience. Illegal and discriminatory of protected characteristics

We purchased a property through them and in the beginning they were very keen to help, so they can obviously secure the purchase. During the negotiations, their communication was terrible and they did not seem very willing to assist in certain matters. Now that the sale has completed we have discovered problems in the property that were not disclosed to us and have resulted in large delays in the moving process. Just overall unpleasant and unacceptable experience.

We've just sold my mum's house through the Personal Agent Epsom and thank goodness we chose them. Everyone from Richard at the initial meeting to Sue in Sales Progression was professional and highly knowledgeable. Best bit - the phone was ALWAYS answered promptly, and calls returned. They also navigated a communication difficulty between solicitors, which really was above and beyond. Thank you.
