These guys are very dishonest and never tell the truth.They always lie regarding the prices and offers. we made an offer on a house and they lied to us saying someone offered much more than our offer and just saw the house was sold for less what we offered.....I believe they have their people and lie to Sellers regarding the offers and don't pass all offers to the seller only the low offers from their people and properly getting something under the table.

Thank you for your feedback. Obviously we are disappointed with a one star review. We assume the above feedback is regarding an offer you made on a house in Ardrossan Gardens which you did not secure? You were one of several offers on this property which were put forward to the owner. The owner chose to run with another offer for their own personal reasons, which was not as high as yours. This was the owners decision!!I can assure you we do not lie and all offers are put forward to our vendors.I note you have just completed on a property purchase through us too, so the assumption that we only pass on low offers and get something under the table is not true, as you are fully aware!

GoogleHaving had negative experience with another local estate agents whom I worked with for several years, I got in touch with the Personal Agent to let out a one-bed flat and within a couple of days we had two offers! A big 'Thank You' to Joe who dealt with all our communications with the prospective tenants. Although we did experience a couple of issues, he made sure they were rectified promptly! Their fee structure is also transparent without hidden costs. Very pleased with their service and I highly recommend them to other landlords!

Sarah Goddard & Adam Latter were looking after my house transaction - both were fantastic!. Sarah in particular is exceptionally organised, efficient and professional. I had nightmare solicitors who almost derailed the entire process - this was thankfully avoided due to the relentless hard work and outstanding communication Sarah provided. Sarah, our Sales Progressor, worked tirelessly to ensure the success of our sale and purchase over many months in a chain with many moving parts and uncooperative third parties that was not easy to manage, and numerous obstacles that had to be overcome. Her diligence and persistence ensured a great end result. Sarah, and other colleagues that expertly handled the marketing, pricing, viewings, and sale of our property (Richard, John, Rosie, Nina, Chris, Adam, Morgan & Ray), are a credit to the company.

The personal agent put my flat on the rental market with an inflated rental price. The property sat on the market from December to February with one viewing and barely any contact from the agent, I had to ask for feedback. The day I appointed another agent they recommended a more realistic price and brought in 3 viewings on that day with offers. The personal agent then got another viewing with a person who didn't realise there was no garden which should have been made clear from the start. The personal agent failed to return my keys when asked then accused the other agent of losing them. They finally found them when I pushed and when I asked them to post them to me they put them in a paper envelope without taping them down so of course I received an envelope with no keys with a hole in it. I had to change the locks on my flat and when I asked the Personal agent what they were going to do to rectify the situation they ignored me. No apology, no offer to pay for the new lock or sorry for the time I wasted on this and the stress. This company are completely not proactive and in my opinion very, very unprofessional and I would not recommend using them at all.

However, we do take full responsibility for the keys not being securely posted to you and have offered to cover these costs, as per our email to you. We pride ourselves on keeping our landlords regularly updated and I'm sorry to hear that you are not happy with the way the letting of your flat was handled.Kind regards, Ria
