Paul was great, but we did not have great communication in the beginning.. we had to call to check how views went, not the other way around! But that soon changed after we brought it to his attention. We are really grateful to Paul for selling our house despite the current market being so bad for selling houses.Good luck with the baby Paul

Very helpful and professional. Love how fast they responded to enquiries and how they were always available tackle concerns, as oppose some other agencies that made you feel like they were doing you a favour. Joe was understanding and attentive and just has a permanent smile on his face, so he automatically puts you at ease (I was STRESSED). Would definitely recommend them!

A catalogue of errors and poor communication on the part of The Personal Agent resulted in a complete breakdown in the relationship between them and our buyers and they played a big part in us losing the house we were hoping to purchase. They were unable to communicate with any sensitivity and when our buyers refused to speak with them any more, we were left having to pick up the pieces and handle the transaction through to completion ourselves. When we raised the issue with The Personal Agent they refused to acknowledge that anything was wrong. To anyone considering them I would certainly encourage you to see beyond the smiles and sales patter.
Thanks again for taking the time to comment here as well as on other social media. While we're hopeful that all of our clients feel we provide an 'appealing service', although our recollection of events is significantly different, we again refer you to The Property Ombudsman if you would like to discuss this matter further. They are able to provide professional advice on your individual circumstances. We're sorry you feel disappointed that we were able to successfully sell your property above the asking price, but wish you all the best for the future.
