I recently instructed The Personal Agent, Banstead, to sell a detached property.Having dealt initially with George Evans and then primarily with Sammy Voller, I have been pleasantly surprised by their high standard of service and professionalism.Sammy has kept us constantly updated on developments and has been responsive to my calls and emails.They have also been successful in agreeing an offer on the property in a short space of time.The photos, videos and general marketing package they provide, along with their online customer platform, is invaluable.I chose this agent based on my own online research and am glad I did. Keep up the good work.

We've just sold my mum's house through the Personal Agent Epsom and thank goodness we chose them. Everyone from Richard at the initial meeting to Sue in Sales Progression was professional and highly knowledgeable. Best bit - the phone was ALWAYS answered promptly, and calls returned. They also navigated a communication difficulty between solicitors, which really was above and beyond. Thank you.

These guys are very dishonest and never tell the truth.They always lie regarding the prices and offers. we made an offer on a house and they lied to us saying someone offered much more than our offer and just saw the house was sold for less what we offered.....I believe they have their people and lie to Sellers regarding the offers and don't pass all offers to the seller only the low offers from their people and properly getting something under the table.

Thank you for your feedback. Obviously we are disappointed with a one star review. We assume the above feedback is regarding an offer you made on a house in Ardrossan Gardens which you did not secure? You were one of several offers on this property which were put forward to the owner. The owner chose to run with another offer for their own personal reasons, which was not as high as yours. This was the owners decision!!I can assure you we do not lie and all offers are put forward to our vendors.I note you have just completed on a property purchase through us too, so the assumption that we only pass on low offers and get something under the table is not true, as you are fully aware!
