GoogleI had a fantastic experience with Epsom Personal Agent during my flat viewing. I interacted with Shannon, Sam and Rosie for the different viewings I had and they were professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the property. They answered all my questions thoroughly and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I felt well-informed and supported throughout, and I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a new home!👍

TrustpilotI would use someone else
We purchased a property through them and in the beginning they were very keen to help, so they can obviously secure the purchase. During the negotiations, their communication was terrible and they did not seem very willing to assist in certain matters. Now that the sale has completed we have discovered problems in the property that were not disclosed to us and have resulted in large delays in the moving process. Just overall unpleasant and unacceptable experience.

GoogleWe have had a difficult chain, Chris Shaw was in the middle of the chain (not even my agent) his tenacity and continual chasing and verifying drove the sale through. Thank-you so much Chris. I would certainly recommend you. A key tip: Avoid a chain with PPL (Premier Property Lawyers)…. Just read the reviews!!!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

I recently instructed The Personal Agent, Banstead, to sell a detached property.Having dealt initially with George Evans and then primarily with Sammy Voller, I have been pleasantly surprised by their high standard of service and professionalism.Sammy has kept us constantly updated on developments and has been responsive to my calls and emails. They have also been successful in agreeing an offer on the property in a short space of time. The photos, videos and general marketing package they provide, along with their online customer platform, is invaluable.I chose this agent based on my own online research and am glad I did. Keep up the good work.

Trustpilot£5k over top valuation and faultless service
We've just sold my mum's house through the Personal Agent Epsom and thank goodness we chose them. Everyone from Richard at the initial meeting to Sue in Sales Progression was professional and highly knowledgeable. Best bit - the phone was ALWAYS answered promptly, and calls returned. They also navigated a communication difficulty between solicitors, which really was above and beyond. Thank you.

Our sale was looked after by Adam Latter from the Epsom branch. The service provided by Adam was brilliant from start to finish; keeping us informed about progress of the sale and chasing solicitors who were not as efficient as him!We would definitely use The Personal Agent, and Adam in particular, again.
