Chris Sweby has maintained good contact and updates with me. He arranged, and carried out viewings efficiently. My main dissatisfaction is a lack of communication regarding instructions to contractors. I was not informed of visits by electrician and gas engineer. As a single elderly woman this is unsatisfactory. The energy performance contractor contacted me but I hadn’t been advised to expect this or given a contact name. Finally I requested no board to be put up but this has been ignored. Communication between members of the team has let you down.

Although the process was a difficult and challenging one at times, Andrew and Cat kept me informed about progress and any issues. They promptly returned calls and chased queries I raised. They remained professional at all times . I respected that Andrew was honest with me instead of the normal Estate Agent bull...t . Thanks for all your help x

Callum and Chris have both been very friendly, patient and approachable from the start of the process through to key handover day! The personal agent staff have very good communication skills and always use a friendly approach- they are always available to deal with any queries and they have been very flexible. Reason for not quite reaching 5 stars - we would have really liked the the inventory for the tenants to go through and check thoroughly on the move in day, unfortunately it was not ready. Callum did his best to chase this up on that day without any luck. Thank you for all your help in securing a place to live in Epsom.

We have been renting for 12 years and in that time we used have used 3 different estate agents, 2 of which provided an awful stressful service, but The Personal Agent have been brilliant throughout, especially Joe Frost. Joe promptly answered phone/email queries, provided clear instructions of the rental process and generally made everything easy and stress free.

GoogleAs we are just about to complete on our property I would just like to say how well your team dealt with it. Of particular note is Ray, who’s input was intrinsic to dragging it over the line during these currently tumultuous times! He never once failed to call me back when he promised to (I have literally never experienced this in any service industry let alone Estate Agency) , he utilised his contacts to gee-along other parties in the chain when frankly he could have just shrugged his shoulders and said “not really for me to get involved with” and I know he has supported my buyer, who is very inexperienced with property transactions, to move things along. Anyway, this is not my first rodeo when it comes to buying and selling property (the first BTL I ever got was via the Personal Agent about 12 or 13 years ago!) and Rays work is the best I have experience, top marks…. In fact, he was so good at insuring he ensured the personal/human touch through calling rather than just firing-off emails that I don’t have his direct email address!

GoogleSimply overwhelmed by the impressive team as a collective. Sound advice from Richard from the ‘get go’. Sensible, realistic and the strategy worked to produce multiple offers day one. The team of negotiators were proactive and the feedback and communication was first class. I wanted to highlight two real stars in the team and whilst they are all just brilliant, Morgan, you are a credit to the business and you really understand what giving a personal service means- you went well beyond what anyone expects of an estate, so thank you. Lastly, having been an estate agent of 20 years I truly understand how important it is having someone progressing the deal properly and effectively- its a masterful skill and sometimes soul destroying, Sarah Goddard, is simply outstanding. At it. Selling property is not easy unless you have a diligent and highly organised deal progressor. Sarah, you are to be commended for your passion in this role. Thank you to all of you.
