GoogleWould like to thank all the staff at Jackson Noon estate agency for selling our property. From Sandra who gave us a great valuation and Erica who carried out the viewings to Peter who kept us informed with regular updates. Would definitely recommend this independent estate agency due to its quality of service.

GoogleGood place for landlords but not tenants as they always take the landlords side and use the same excuse with every tenant: "we will speak to the landlord", reply will come back the same from them every time with :"landlord does not agree to do anything. " v. Bad experience.

Kazi and his wife were lovely tenants and we were very sorry we could not help them more. Unfortunately some landlords do not have the funds or are unwilling to improve their properties. We wish Kazi and his family all the very very best for the future in a new home and different landlord.

GoogleWe've sold our house in West Ewell through Jackson Noon. Since we first approached them and explained our situation they have provided excellent advice, priced it appropriately, and in general provided a faultless service. We are moving next week. I would thoroughly recommend JN; as a small Agents, their local market knowledge appears to be second-to-none.
And a word of warning to anyone who might seek to save money by using an on-line agency. Of the properties houses we visited over the course of our search for a new home, it was clear that 'real' Agents provide a far superior service to on-line ones. Still, you pays your money and takes your choice, I suppose.

GoogleJust bought my first house with Jackson Noon and had terrible service. Once my offer was accepted nothing was formally given to me until I chased for it. It was escalated to Peter Jackson once I had formally written a letter. I understand that it is not always the estate agents fault that things get held up but I was lied to on a number of occasions and there was no attention to detail, once my offer was accepted I asked for the property to be removed from the website, I was told this would take time but there would be no more viewings - they booked a viewing in for a friend! once I finally completed on the property after around 4 months of going back and forth on the empty property I was told numerous times that all the rubbish would be removed (this was also in the contract with the seller) however I was not surprised to find this was not done when I got the keys. I called Jackson Noon to ask them to resolve this and have not heard from them since!! Definitely would not recommend using them!!!

GoogleTerrible service. We were selling my dad's bungalow to pay for his nursing home fees. Jackson noon found us a buyer immediately but the sale dragged on for months and months. Tamsin advised us that contacts would be exchanged on three separate dates and none of them happened! As the council weree paying my dad's care fees until his home was sold, they were in constant contact with me asking for updates, of course I foolishly kept believing Jackson noon were being honest with me and would give the council the exchange dates only for the exchange to NOT take place! Eventually the council fined me £1000!! All thanks to Jackson Noon telling me lies. Eventually I sent them an email of notice to say I was withdrawing from the sale due to their delays and that's when they advised me that my buyers own sale had fallen through two months earlier and he had to remarket his property again! Then he changed solicitors twice!!! At NO point throughout my weeks of calling Jackson noon did they give me this information, if they had, I would have taken my business elsewhere.
They eventually went on to tell me that my buyer had to drop his asking price by £15k and get a new mortgage offer as he didn't want to lose out on buying my dad's bungalow, but they hadn't asked my family to take a drop in our asking price as we had already incurred the council fine of £1000! Had I been told about the buyers sale falling through I would had taken my custom elsewhere, and NOT even considered dropping the asking price.
We were kept in the dark on purpose, selling my dad's home to fund his nursing home was traumatic enough without having the estate agents lie to us week after week causing unnecessary stress. If you are looking for an honest, caring professional company to sell your home, May I suggest you avoid Jackson noon at all costs.

GoogleWe have recently bought our property with Jackson Noon. Due to the current climate in 2020 and a few legal issues it wasn't as straightforward as we had hoped. Peter couldn't have been more helpful, he continuously chased and checked in to confirm what had been done and we felt like he was doing everything he could to help us move in! We would definitely recommend Jackson Noon.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleVery poor feedback and communication. Very hard to get any information back - unprofessional and unsatisfactory. Don't advertise on all the web agents as not right for them, so left to get wider marketing exposure and professional service. Current agent is amazing in comparison.

Thank you for your review. We are unsure of your expertise to comment in this area, but assure you that you are incorrect in your assumption that our business account is now with Metro Bank. As Lloyds have recently withdrawn from a sector which they found to be unprofitable and an administrative and regulatory burden, this has necessitated switching of account provision for all estate agents, and other industries that required this type of client accounting to protect and insure their clients funds. Our client monies remain fully protected and insured at Metro Bank, which is vital. If you have further concerns or question please do not hesitate to contact us.

GoogleJackson Noon were my Estate Agent and they gave excellent service. They telephoned an update to me every week. They brought clients to view and respected Covid restrictions. They worked hard to sell my house, initially Sandra helped me with the details and Tamsin co-ordinated the exchange and completion. I highly recommend this agency.

GoogleThoroughly pleasant lettings agent to work with. They have their client's interest at heart, are responsive and take the time to understand the issues. As a manager for the whole block it is refreshing to know that other conscientious people are working toward the same goals. Ask for Keeley.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleIntegrity and honour are words seldom associated with estate agents, Peter Jackson has both in abundance. He has been a pleasure to deal with before, during and after house listing and if selling or buying in the Ewell area again he would be my first port of call. Thank you for all your efforts Peter.
