GoogleAs attorney for my brother, I was charged with selling his house in Ewell. I chose Jackson Noon to act for me. This proved an excellent choice as they provided a superb service, not just by managing the sale and keeping me informed of progress but, organising additional services, saving me many half day journeys to and from Ewell. Peter provided a seamless service during our sale and I can’t praise Sandra highly enough. She is knowledgable, kind, thoughtful and personable. Jackson Noon stand apart from the more commercial estate agents and for good reason - I felt they cared and were interested in us and not just the sale. I would thoroughly recommend them.

GoogleWe had an interesting time selling our house, but that was not Jackson Noon's fault and we did feel from the start that they gave a professional service. Sandra provided a very thorough valuation compared to other agents that we invited to value. Peter did most of the viewings I believe and in general we were pleased with the level of feedback provided, although at times we would have liked more detail on who was coming, what was their position etc. Tamsin worked hard to chase the exchange and ultimate completion which we greatly appreciated. We had vacated our home and moved abroad pre exchange/completion and they very much assisted us with letting in the removal company, cleaners, taking metre readings etc which they could have argued was not their responsibility, but they didn't. Their fees were also very reasonable and in spite of our sale not ending up being that straightforward, they didn't even mutter about raising the fees, which again they could have done. Google4 years ago we viewed a property and signed up with Noon to sell ours and buy the one they were selling . After 10 weeks of no viewings on ours we tried another agent . We were assured by Noones the property was still available . It wasn't til we saw the sold sign that we knew . We phoned Noon and were told cash buyers had bought it . Last year I saw the propertty was for sale again . As Noon were the agents we had to view through them Again they messed us around and eventually we contacted the seller s new agent and bought through them . Last week we asked Noons to take their sign down and were amazed when they put sold on it. No way did they help . Also it was not a cash buyer before . Absolutely disgusted as they are trying to get commission
