We're really pleased with how they communicated with us as well as with the vendors and solicitors. Moving is never stress-free but with the right agent, at least the sress can be minimised. GoogleWORST ESTATE AGENTS EVER. Horrible agents . They don’t care about customers , they only care about their profit. Sad There is no option for zero stars! If you a tenant and landlord decide to sell the property you will lose your privacy and your life completely, they will be calling you ten times a day will try to get viewings before you go to work and after work , every single your day off will be ruined. Because of viewings. I’m asked them to let me know if they gone have any available properties to rent in the area and they haven’t bother to get with me back even once. When they got offer for the house don’t even bother to let us know, that the house will be sold soon and we need to move asap . Be careful with the Jackson Noon !!!!

GoogleWe have just completed whilst buying and selling through Jackson Noon. I cant praise all of them enough for how professional and friendly they were. Initially we had viewings with both Sandra and Erica, after finding a house that we fell in love with, we had no hesitation in using them to try and sell our property as we had seen how well they conducted their viewings. On the valuation, Sandra was friendly and open. It really helped to put us at ease and in turn we could be open and honest which helped the whole process. When everything was going through Peter kept an eye on things and let us know exactly when we needed to chase things through. I am not sure our financial advisor appreciated it, however, I do believe that if it wasn't for Peter then things would have fallen through and we wouldn't be living in our new home. Thank you for such a lovely service.

GoogleI sold my property last month through Jackson Noon Estate Agents in Epsom. They were very competent to find potential buyers and lead through the sale process. Especially I’d like to thank Peter Jackson, Sandra Lee and Helen Rogers who were extremely helpful all the way from the beginning to the completion day. I have dealt with several estate agents in the past but have no hesitation to say Jackson Noon Estate Agents are the best and I highly recommend.

The service they offer is so personable they are all so lovely, down to earth and always go above and beyond to help! Unfortunately we have had to move houses due to our expanding family and needing a bigger space so are no longer with them and the service we are receiving now in comparison to what we received with Jackson noon is just unmatched!! We hope to go back with them in the future! A special mention to Keeley who is just a superstar! Thankyou so much for providing the best service!

Tired buyer There is no option for zero stars! If there was, that would be my choice! Have had a very bad experience here. I am writing this review while on my way to view another property in a bus as I have no hope remaining on Jackson Noon will be able to do something else other than \'try\' or \'leave seller a message and wait for call back\'. I wrote a review previously during the week but was asked by the agent to remove it saying they will resolve the situation but all I receive since then is also another set of “I have left a message and expecting a call back” and “seller called, I was out on an appointment ”. Today I even got a different reply from one of the team at Jackson Noon saying \"they are \'trying\' to arrange a meeting with seller on Monday after work. This is a as good a response as not providing one at all! They should have \'tried\' to arrange a meeting 2 months ago and by now things would have come to close.

Whenever we had queries Tamsin would respond super quickly and was always ready to reassure when one of the solicitors in the chain was holding everything up. Close to completion we dealt with Peter as well who was calm helpful and responsive despite struggling with people being unexpectedly off and the complete craziness of pre stamp duty deadline! It was a pleasure to deal with the whole team and we were very touched to receive a welcome plant when we moved in. But most we found kept raising the asking price again and again which put us off very quickly to the point where we have now seen those houses back on the market as the sales have fallen through for some reason or other. We have just purchased our first home through Peter and his team (Erica was very helpful with the communications with the seller). The team were very friendly and proffessional. As a first time buyer, I had heard stories from other people about Estate Agents being slow to turn things around, hard to get hold of and generally making the whole purchase process more complicated than it needs to be. Jackson Noon are the opposite of this and I really felt that they were courteous and helpful throughout the entire process. Special thanks to Tamsin and Erica for their help from the initial offer I made all the way through to picking the keys up.

GooglePeter Jackson sold me my first property (a two bed maisonette in Epsom) in 2009 and I was more than happy to sell it via them and upsize (to a three bed semi in Ewell) with them this time round. On this occasion Sandra provided a great initial evaluation of my property and my home was sold on only the third viewing! Once my offer was accepted on the next property, Tamsin kept me up to date almost daily on progress within the chain. Overall my experiences were excellent 10 years apart. I will use them again, now or in the next 10 years.

GoogleI would give minues five stars if i can. Dont trust this estate agent for anything they say. We put offer on a dream house over 8 weeks ago. After intial communication about offer being accepeted there was hardly any communication from the estate agent. We chased them up couple of times a week for five to six weeks. Our mordgage provider also tried to organise valuation for eight times with estate agent and each time we were given different excuse why the appointment was cancelled. We took this up with peter and he told us that he had staff on sick leave and other excuse was seller has gone away on holiday and eigth time owner had a covid. We decided to take this formally with peter after being messed about for this long and asked him what is happing with the process and why is it taking this long? He told us that seller is having issue with there purchase so there has beem delay and we should know more within a week or so. Two days later peter told us that there is another buyer whose mordgage intially didnt go through but they apperantley knocked on seller's door and made good relationship with them so the seller decided to sell the house to them on a lower offer then ours. Knowing this we were heart broken. We decided to speak to seller directly to find out why after accepting our offer and going through all the process they decided to change their mind? Seller told us he aceppted two offers on advice of estate agent and go through both of them. Just incase if one of them doesnt go through then second would be a back up. Seller also mentiond they are exchanging in two weeks it means peter know about this alll the way along. He played us by giving us excuses after excuses on progression of the sale. How could you do this to somone with growing family? It will cost us more than £2000 because of your shady practice. We are not upset because seller decied to go with other buyer. We are upset beacuse we were lied to by shady estate agent. We are at finicial loss but more importanly you have caused us emotional distress and wasted our time. When we applied for the mordgage we were given lower rate but as we lost the house now we will have to pay higher rate intreset for next couple of years and more importanly we will have to start the process of finding the house all over again. My advice to any buyers would be to avoid peter and his estate agent like a plaque!! Please stop deleting my review. if you have nothing to hide then please reply to this review or my initial complaint. Still waiting for a reply. It's been 18 months since the original complaint.
