GoogleWe moved house within the Epsom and Ewell area in January 2019 and decided to use Jackson Noon's services. We had initially tried an online agent approach but with no success, finding it difficult to get the customer service we hoped for and with little interest in terms of offers on our house following a limited number of viewings. Once up and running with Jackson Noon we quickly saw a surge in interest in our house due to the agent's local connections and market knowledge. Following a number of viewings and some offers, we soon agreed a price with a buyer and within a few shorts months we had completed as Jackson Noon also found an ideal purchase property in the local area that met our criteria. We found Jackson Noon's service to be very professional and at just the right level with respect to communication, efficiency, managing all parties, etc. All our queries and concerns were dealt with in a timely fashion. Most importantly, Jackson Noon - in particular Peter Jackson, Tamsin Billingham and Sandra Lee - were always available on the end of the phone when we needed them and they were also able to use their 'soft' skills to manage delicate negotiating situations, keeping all sides in the loop and on side to ensure a smooth transition and successful outcome for all concerned. We would definitely recommend Jackson Noon to local friends and family if/when they look to buy, sell or rent a property. And we can safely say that the much more hands-on approach they provided was infinitely better than the experience we had with the online agency and their friendly, no-nonsense outlook may well also trump their high street agency competitors. Finally, Jackson Noon were also able to provide contact details for a local solicitor who also offered an excellent service. We are now settled in our new home - Jackson Noon helped us make the right decision with our move and we certainly made the correct decision in opting to use their services.

GoogleRecently sold my flat through Jackson Noon, initially was tempted to use an online agent but after meeting a couple and speaking with Peter at Jackson Noon decided to go with a local agent who knew the area. Really glad I made that choice, it's a tough market at the moment but my flat had a constant flow of viewings and a really high hit rate of offers. Despite a few dropouts that Jackson Noon couldn't have done anything about every time the worst happened they were quick to get the listing back up and start getting people back through the door. Once we had the offer we wanted and were working through the process the continued effort and service Peter and the team offered made a really stressful experience far easier. Final note is a huge nod to Tamsin as without her I am genuinely not sure things would have happened at the pace we needed them to. If you need a local agent, make sure you call Jackson Noon to find out what they can do

Once our offer was accepted, Tamsin was extremely helpful in providing advice on any question we had, speeding along the process and communicating with both solicitors and the seller. Tamsin went above and beyond to assist us when our solicitor was dragging their heels! Ritu was also quick to organise further viewings whilst the transaction was still undergoing. Overall, Peter and the team were very attentive and available at all times to make the transaction as smooth as possible.

GoogleJust completed on sale of our flat in Ewell Village. Very pleased I went with Jackson Noon. We Found Peter Jackson very approachable and he was willing to explain things in terms I understood. What I also liked is he employs a "Tamsin". Tamsin is the name of the lady that takes over once the buyer has been found. She chases solicitors and ensure things keep moving which takes a lot of stress out of the equation. If you're like me and prefer dealing with people who know their business, then I'm confident you will be happy with them too.

Following the passing of our parents, we needed to sell the family home, for the first time to market in 57 years, and wanted a company with local knowledge. Sandra was honest in her review and valuation, & a buyer was swiftly found. Despite a few niggles with the sale, the persistence of Peter & Tamsin and the communication was excellent. GoogleBought through Jackson Noon a few months ago. It's was a probate property which meant dealing with the executors and their solicitors which can make things a bit slower but understandably so. Ritu and his team arranged for us to visit the property twice more towards the end to help us measure up and show our parents the property and on both occasions we took up more time than was expected and the agents were very accomodating and patient.

GoogleSome of the individuals like Erica were incredibly kind and polite and helpful, however the man we spoke to was sharp, rude and childish during our dealings with him. They have a great selection of houses and clearly know their stuff about the area, but our experience was just stilted because of of how he handled our offer negotiations. We didn't end up buying through them because of this.

From our initial dealings with Sandra to book an appointment to view, our property viewing with Erica, through to collecting the keys from Peter on moving day, we found them to be friendly, organised, and professional at all times. Peter ensured that all parties were kept updated and the chain kept moving, even following up with our buyer's solicitors (who were particularly slow and disorganised) when we weren’t able to get any updates ourselves. If it wasn’t for Peter, we’d probably never got to completion. We’d definitely recommend them if you are looking to purchase or sell a property in the area. They provide an all round 5 star service!

GoogleExcellent hard working estate agents who are well experienced in their field and who have strong knowledge of their local area. They know what they are doing, instill confidence and are not your typical "flashy" high street estate agent. GoogleHad a lovely experience viewing some properties through Jackson Noon. Instead of a semi retired part timer who has no clue about the properties they are presenting, which seems to be the case with other local agents, my contact, Richie was calm, patient, professional and very knowledgeable about the area, schools, etc. Exactly what you would expect from a truly local estate agent.
