Kept me up to date with the details and chasing up when necessary. Luke and Ray were excellent in getting my property sold for the price I wanted. I was previously on with another well known (but very inexperienced) agency in the area who were unable to get any offers on my house in 3 months. Within a few weeks of being with Douglas Allen I had a few offers one of which I accepted and successfully completed thanks to these guys. We added another estate agent to help sell our house (we had been with one for quite some time, with a few viewings). Well....the three amigos were brilliant! Who are they? Luke, Ian and Adam, who all three went over and above to let me know what was going on every step of the way. My house?
