THANK YOU AGAIN!

Douglas Allen found us our first home. 2 years on and we needed to get a bigger property and so they were our first choice to sell with. We sold within a month and then they found us something too so I couldn't be happier with them. Before we exchanged contracts there were major problems with the chain and we were about to give up. Steve got involved and was making lots of calls and came up with a solution that meant we moved for Christmas so thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Fantastic service, great people

We recently sold our house through Douglas Allen, and we couldn't be happier with the service.The person who's drawn us to Douglas Allen was Paul. The most impressive thing with him is he is so understanding, and that he seems always naturally stand in others' shoes when he answers questions, for example, there are a few times, he will answer the questions before they are asked. In my opinion it is a gift, and this impression was why we decided to list with Douglas Allen.The whole process was not incidence-free (as many other property transactions I suppose), especially it was right in the middle of referendum that led to Brexit. However, everyone in the office that I encountered, mainly Paul, Trevor, & Natasha remained calm, and they always tried their best to answer questions and solve our problems. I don't want to move house ever again (too much stuff!!), but if I ever come to the point of buying or selling again, I will definitely contact Douglas Allen first.

Great team, great service!

I cannot recommend highly enough the Epping branch of Douglas Allen. This is the third time I have used them and would not use any other estate agency. A special mention for Alison Smith, who was my introduction to the branch. This lady immediately put me at ease and impressed me with her local knowledge and attention to detail. Brilliant example of genuine customer service

I am thinking of moving to woodford green. Last thursday i was looking at was on offer in the windows of various estate agents on the high street after eating in a local restaurant. It was after 8pm so all estate agents were closed accept Douglas Allen. Andy who is a sales advisor there was just leaving and asked if he could help. I explained i am not familiar with the area so was not sure where i needed to look. To my surprise he offered to give me a fast tour of the area in his car which i accepted when he insisted it was no bother. The fast tour took me everywhere in the area with useful information about every place. He then dropped me off at the station 45 minutes later - only then did i find out he was then driving down to Hastings. Amazing. I'm not sure if I will end up buying through Douglas Allen, but i want to. I will definitely want to sell with them when the time comes! Regards,Dee

Exactly the organisation you want to deal with when selling your property. Without fail they were proactive in selling my flat. They had a viewer lined up when I signed up and my property was under offer in less than a week. Ben and Rob in particular where brilliant. Efficiency at its best!

I was very pleased with the services provided by Douglas Allen and would suggest that they truly are in a league of their own. They sold all of my 5 flats within 2 months and I would highly applaud the services of Tanya Keene ( Legal co ordinator) who ensured that the sales once agreed went through smoothly with the solicitors. Ahsan, Dmitry, Nabeel and the whole team were truly professional keeping me informed of progress in offers and negotiating with the purchasers. The marketing was also exceptional. Would certainly use this firm again. Probably best in Essex!

Great staff and great service

Gregory at Douglas Allen Woodford office gave recently sold my second investment flat of the year. I had never used Douglas Allen before however in the future will be conning back to them. I always felt that the team where on my side and got a call back when I left a message. The sale took slightly longer to get to completion however I am sure without Steve and Keith pushing the solicitors it would have took even longer. Really nice set of guys in that office and was nice to meet Andy and the sales team before I had even started the viewings.

Very thorough, helpful, friendly service

We chose Douglas Allen based on their open house service, which most other estate agents don't offer. Simon has visited us twice now and has always been so helpful and answered all of our questions. He is very thorough and thinks of every detail. This is our first time selling a house but I feel very relaxed and positive about it all so far. Plus its moving very quickly which is fab. I also really like the online access to my account so we can easily see exactly what is happening without having to call.

Polite, helpful and genuine

I viewed 6 homes today along with my wife as one does when trying to buy a new home. Open days all blend into one, I can not tell one house or estate agent from another after a busy Saturday until I came across a young man called Jake from your Chingford office. From the moment we arrived and he shook our hand his positive can do attitude and local knowledge was outsanding! He listened and was genuinely interested in helping us find a house through Douglas Allen by the time we left I was convinced that he would go that extra mile to make this process a lot easier. Starting from the appointment of the property Dmitry managed to spend time and talk to me even though there were so many people going in and out. Great Service

Chelsey Baldwin and Wayne in particular were excellent people to work with. The valuation was spot on and we had offers after one day of viewing. They were always on hand to answer any questions and ensured we were always aware of what was going on with the buyers. We had engaged with some other local agents in the area but knew Douglas Allen were going to get us the best price and best buyer because of the way they went about the whole process, particularly the valuation.I would certainly use them again!

Sold a house belonging to my mother. Alison and John Jo supported by Tanya worked very hard to make sure this process was as smooth as possible. They kept us involved in everything and managed to negotiate a very good deal for my mother. This was quite a stressful time for my mother and the level of emotional support, cups of tea and service that they provided went above and beyond what you would expect. Review for Will Nash - Mortgage advice and execution

This review is for Will Nash. We used Will's services on multiple occasions, starting with mortgage advice on our first home three years ago. We were recommended to speak to Will through a Douglas Allen real estate agent as we viewed a property and were looking to make an offer. At first impression, Will's competence in the field of mortgage advice/execution were apparent along with his confidence. This allowed us to trust him and the tools he was using. His opinion carried a significant weight when we made our decision. Although that particular sale fell through as our offer was not accepted, the impression Will created led us to seek him for our consequent offers. Since then we have used his services for multiple bu to lets. Will exudes knowledge and passion for his chosen field and demonstrates genuine care for his clients. We have never come out of a meeting dissatisfied or with questions/confused. He is patient when listening to the questions and make every effort to ensure his clients have a clear idea of the options at hand. It is apparent that he has invested a lot of time in this profession which allows him to fine tune his mannerism and advice to the client's base line knowledge. Will Nash - the best there is and the best there ever will be.

We moved into our property in October 2015 and once again we owe it to the first class service received from Will Nash. This is our third property the first one purchased in 2006 when we first approached Will and he delivered then. Needless to say we have used him ever since and he has always come up trumps. Will makes you feel like you are his only client, always being available even when on vacation. I have lost count of the number of friends and work colleagues that both my wife and I have referred to him and the feedback we get is always positive. From a personal note; we now live in a very nice neighbourhood and a great house with our kids attending fantastic schools and I can honestly say Will Nash paid a huge part in getting us here. We would not consider using anyone else.
