Unfortunately Douglas Allen seem incapable of carrying out simple instructions. They acted in a totally unprofessional manner. I certainly would not recommend their services.
We were very concerned to read your comments Mrs Head and have looked into what has prompted them. We can see that our marketing report was not dealt with as you had requested and apologise most sincerely for this error. Please be assured that this is not the excellent customer experience we aim to provide and we will raise this as a training issue with the staff concerned.
