Aseena Young at Chigwell is brilliant

Aseena Young at the Chigwell branch was so helpful and went out of her way to help me find my new home. Nothing was too much trouble for her. I was struggling to get viewings as properties were selling so quickly but she put me on her priority list and helped me find my new home. She listened to everything I wanted and her attention to detail she made sure that I she didn’t waste my time with houses that were not suitable. I have nothing but postive things to say about the service we have received from the Walthamstow branch of Douglas Allen. Since booking the first viewing of the house we are buying, through to almost completing on the sale, we have had a friendly and very responsive service. Maria handled the offer and negotiation process quickly and effectively and made the communciations with the seller very easy and smooth. Ben has handled our later viewings fo the house with great patience - nothing was too much trouble for him, and also offered very helpful advice about surveys, etc. And Nina who answers the phone always seems to know who I am! So all round, as buyers, we are very happy with the team.
