I keep getting unwanted letters from Douglas Allen Epping branch. I have several times had to ask for them to stop sending letters which you would have thought would be a fairly straight forward job. I have now spoken to the Branch manager of Epping and still no confirmation it has been done, he wanted to get me off the phone as soon as possible. I will never recommend or use this company as if something this simple cannot be resolved I could not begin to imagine how they could sell a property. In response to the reply - I have already contacted the other department and they have no records either so it looks like I will still he receiving this unwanted post. Proving my previous point of the company being incapable of the simplest task.

As we wanted to return to the area, we contacted him again and he could not have been more helpful. He put so much time into searching for the right property for us. He knows his area amazingly well, has great insight, and his communication and people skills allow him to really get alongside a customer. I have never met an estate agent like him. He is worth his (not inconsiderable) weight in gold!
