Rumel was extremely attentive and provided invaluable advice and insight to the buying process. Faisal Hussain helped with securing a mortgage, and I am very grateful for his knowledge and efficiency. Andy Dumas was also very helpful towards the end when I needed help chasing up solicitors. They dont think of you as a number but a person, they are extremely polite courteous and treat your transaction as if it was their own. Luke and Ray were excellent in getting my property sold for the price I wanted. I was previously on with another well known (but very inexperienced) agency in the area who were unable to get any offers on my house in 3 months. Within a few weeks of being with Douglas Allen I had a few offers one of which I accepted and successfully completed thanks to these guys. The sale of my house was very simple with Gregory Moore at Douglas allen Woodford. He was different to other agents I have dealt with in the past and guided me the whole way. Even on his day off Steve was there to help with the offers. Overall I was very happy with the whole transaction. I was sold and completed within 2 months as Greg promised so thanks again.

GoogleI would like to say how efficient Robin was, from the minute I gave him my property to sell. He did exactly what he said he would which was SELL MY HOUSE. He did one open day, had 17 viewings booked and had offers, we chose the shortest chain and went with that. Absolutely amazing service. I would defo recommend DA.

Sean and Aseena at the Chigwell branch looked after the sale of the property, and although the sale took a long time, over a year due to being a pretty niche property, once a serious buyer had been found, all went well. The communication from Sean and Aseena in Chigwell was good and informative. We sold through the online auction house, I am Sold. The team there, Zak and Ruth were exceptionally helpful, informative and on the ball. Until sale, we had weekly communication with Zak on the auction progress, and once sold, Ruth was on the phone and emailing regular updates with how both sides solicitors were doing.
