I have just sold my house with Douglas Allen and I must say that Michelle and her team has dealt with professionally. Always answering my calls and dealing with the viewings very good. We have dealt with different agencies before them and with no luck. But the way they have done it, it was very good and fast. I can recommend very much. They will help you as much as they can.

Would avoid at all costs. Over price your house then encourage you to drop the price after a week when it has no interest.Constantly say they’re emailing and calling potential buyers, when the website statistics say different. Everything is done at a snails pace. After we switched estate agents they left the house up for sale in the window for 3 weeks even though we weren’t selling with them anymore… that’s how absent minded they are. If you want a stress free and smooth sale go with Temme English. If you want to sell your house for £20k less than it’s worth go with Alex at Douglas Allen.

There were several instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get a response, and the agent seemed to lack knowledge about the properties they were showing. In addition, there were several mistakes in the paperwork that caused delays in the process. I would suggest that improve communication and attention to detail to provide a better experience for your clients."
