It was a difficult period selling my father's property as his health was deteriorating quite rapidly. Maureen Grey the Senior Branch Manager at Douglas Allen East Ham Branch was most helpful and key to the sale of the property. Maureen would always up date me and even contact myself out of her normal office hours to provide updates and to enquire as to my father's health. In the end she got an offer for my father's property higher than the asking price and I can not thank her enough for her professionalism and assistance with the entire process. I wish her all the best in her future and will always remember the top quality service she provided my entire family.

I had an initial meeting with Andy Dumas and he managed my expectations in terms of a likely selling price and advised me accordingly.He arranged an open day and from that two offers were received - this was all within 7 days of the property going on the market.I have received very good service and would recommend Andy to anyone else selling a property.

Met with mortgage advisor Dan Appleby the other day at Douglas Allen Chadwell Heath, after he came highly recommended. Dan was fantastic from start to finish. Listened to what i needed and found me deals that no one has been able to. Dan has even managed to save me money on insurances with better cover. Highly recommend and cant fault his service! The service provided was abysmal, although Lucy was very hands on and helpful she was failed by her colleagues. Information provided to other agents were innaccurate and this was very costly to us. We had to constantly contact the office for the latest information, we were rarely provided with any updates on the sale.

There were several instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get a response, and the agent seemed to lack knowledge about the properties they were showing. In addition, there were several mistakes in the paperwork that caused delays in the process. I would suggest that improve communication and attention to detail to provide a better experience for your clients."

Natasha ensured the whole process was trafficked through as quickly as possible, without Natasha we would have never met our mortgage deadline on our new place. Natasha emailed and called all parts of the chain honestly every day and delivered concise updates that kept me at ease when all my hair was falling out.It felt like an incredibly personal service and I knew I could rely on Natasha to support me throughout the whole process. Although their fees were slightly higher than other estate agents, I could tell from the very first visit/meeting that it would be worth it. I received a professional service throughout the whole process. Jessica and Natasha were amazing. Easy to communicate with, supportive, alway available to help and when they were not they got back to me in a very timely manner. They were the only constant form of communication in what was a stressful process which made life a lot easier for me. If I had to do this all over again I would still pick them. They are worth every penny. Highly recommend their friendly, down to earth, professional service. Thank you to the whole team at the chingford branch!!
