GoogleI had an excellent experience with Rash and Rash (in particular, Hetal) who took care of the Probate sale of the house in Finchley on my behalf. Hetal displayed both professionalism and competence, but she went above and beyond to assist me and the buyers. Examples include providing right guidance to me prior to putting the property on the market, such as in preparing the property and pitching the price correctly, which resulted in an acceptable offer literally within a few days of being on the market. She also provided easy access to the buyers on request after the offer had been accepted which allowed the buyers to undertake advance planning prior to exchange of contracts and completion, keeping them happy as well.

GoogleWe had a really positive experience with Rash and Rash. Having viewed a number of properties with different estate agents, Rash and Rash were a breath of fresh air for their professionalism and we never felt like just a number. Hetal who looked after our purchase was incredibly responsive and helpful - even helping at key times on the evenings and weekends (even once on her birthday!). We always felt genuinely cared for and would not hesitate to recommend Rash and Rash. Thank you to all the team.

GoogleI’ve been renting in london for over 20 years, and I have never had such good estate agents, landlords as I have with Rash and Rash. Not only are they friendly, helpful and kind, Claire and Mary have been so quick and efficient at dealing with any problems I have had. Although I really have had very few. They took the time to get to know me, and I really felt as if they had my best interests when they found me my house. If I were to move, (which I am not looking to do any time soon) I would try my hardest to stay with a property managed by them. They care about their tenants and their landlords. 🙏🏼

GoogleI've had my property in Palmers Green managed by Rash & Rash since summer 2023. They have a good local reputation and often sponsor stuff for Ashmole primary school. They've been great at responding to emails, and calling me for urgent issues (mainly I've been dealing with Claire, who has been very responsive). I was choosing between 3 local agents when I rented my flat and they had the lowest fees across the year. For all these reasons, I'm sticking with them for a second year.

I rented out a house through them and they clearly ensured they found suitable tenants and well as providing plenty of advice and sharing contacts to ensure the house would fulfill its rental potential. GoogleAs a rental client coming across a multitude of issues within the rented flat, R & R are extremely slow at getting you the help you need, when needed. Much to slow, leaving the client in the ....! They need to be more empathic to the needs of their clients well after taking the money
