We had never rented out property before and were understandably nervous and apprehensive about the whole process. Matt and his team held our hand from the day we approached them to the day the new tenants moved in and beyond. They helped us and/or guided us with just about everything from obtaining all the correct certificates to getting insurance for landlords. They arranged for the inventory and even recommended a good accountant whom, by the way, we have met and whose services we shall be using.
I can honestly say that Rash & Rash have made renting our property a pleasantly good and hassle free experience. Exactly what we hoped for.
