GoogleHad to spell my email address to his secretary 7 times before she got it. Very frustrating indeed! Mr Turner the owner, then telephoned me asking what what type of tenant I would like including what ethnicity I would prefer, which I found very odd and a little offensive.
Undervalued the rental income, talked over me. I wouldn’t be able to deal with this agency so I will not give them the opportunity to let my property.

No need to find anything strange…. The house was let yesterday to a tenant who passed credit and holds a professional position within the NHS.
Correct… it has been a testing week but as a professional landlord I do like to cross the Ts and dote the Is to ensure other landlords see my experience.
Thanks for also admitting that you asked if I had a preference to the heritage of perspective tenants, Other Landlords may have asked you this but I would presume they are racist and unprofessional, maybe you assumed I was one of them. I suggest that you do not accommodate such Landlords to maintain the policies that you say you uphold.
In terms of liableness,, I don’t think so. However,, if you fancy it go for it and I’m confident that my legal team will bring you to realise reality.

I am sorry that you felt the need to write a negative review.
Mary who you spoke to had trouble hearing you due to what sounded like a car indicator in the background. I trust you subsequently received our fee structure by email.
You did provide Rash & Rash an opportunity to bring potential tenants to your house but I explained that I only work for signed up clients. We can then focus on clients with full marketing and I explained that we do not work on an ad hoc basis.
We let two houses within 50M of your house and achieve a mkt rent. The figure you quoted was £200 higher and without visiting your house, it appeared bullish on paper.
I found it strange that even though you have received this higher figure from two potential tenants via the existing marketing agent, that you had not entertained these offers. This lead me to question which tenant you were searching for? I believe you said they were not “professional enough” and one couple were expecting another baby and you didn’t feel the property was a good fit. This lead me to question was there a certain ethnicity you were seeking as unfortunately, some landlords hold prejudice. At Rash & Rash we do not hold any prejudice and our diverse landlord / tenant base is evidence of this.
Your review is bordering on libellous and I would invite you to email this recording to me so I can provide this to our legal representatives for a further response.
It appears that you have had a very testing week as you have made three 1 star reviews of companies just in the last week. I am sorry we have added to your frustration.

GoogleI had an excellent experience with Rash and Rash (in particular, Hetal) who took care of the Probate sale of the house in Finchley on my behalf. Hetal displayed both professionalism and competence, but she went above and beyond to assist me and the buyers. Examples include providing right guidance to me prior to putting the property on the market, such as in preparing the property and pitching the price correctly, which resulted in an acceptable offer literally within a few days of being on the market. She also provided easy access to the buyers on request after the offer had been accepted which allowed the buyers to undertake advance planning prior to exchange of contracts and completion, keeping them happy as well.

Not only are they friendly, helpful and kind, Claire and Mary have been so quick and efficient at dealing with any problems I have had. Although I really have had very few. They took the time to get to know me, and I really felt as if they had my best interests when they found me my house. If I were to move, (which I am not looking to do any time soon) I would try my hardest to stay with a property managed by them. They care about their tenants and their landlords. 🙏🏼
