The whole process for buying my new home with Rash & Rash took a few months but it was absolutely worth it because of the fantastic customer service provided by the staff, particularly Mary! Mary, you made the whole process worthwhile with your friendly personality! I often forgot I was talking to an estate agent, it was more like conversing with a close friend! I really did feel well looked after by Rash & Rash. My anxieties were understood and Mary was so empathic. All my questions were answered and, even after the sale, there is a promise that I can still liaise with them to have any further questions about the house answered! Also, the floor plan was one of the most professionally drawn and accurate that I have seen from any agent. Rash & Rash found a buyer for my house immediately. I first bought and sold through Rash & Rash in the last century and their personal service was exceptional. 25 years later and a new office, have they kept that personal ethos? The sales team headed by Hetal and Mary just could not have been better and exceeded my expectations in every respect. I was kept informed over WhatsApp every step of the way. When the sale appeared to have stalled, Hetal and Mary worked with me and the solicitors on both sides to get things moving. They were even available any time, day or night and even weekends as required. In more than 40 years of dealing with estate agents I have never had such committment and all at a very reasonable fee. I feel R & R are now friends and I wish them all the best. I'm just sorry I have nothing else to sell!

Highly recommended! Organic & genuine customer service. On my first call with Rash&Rash, I was asked to leave my contact details for a 2nd potential viewing date. Being passed around on the phone between lettings & sales at other agencies, or speaking to a different agent every call only to be fobbed off, I didn’t think I’d get a callback from Claire. True to her word, a few days went by and I got the call from Claire following up the two viewings I’d enquired into.
