I am a Landlord and I have been using Martyn Gerrard for over a decade. The service has always been, and continues to be top notch.They are not the cheapest, but neither are they the most expensive. They sit in the middle. However, the service they provide is a premium one.I have had the pleasure of dealing with several of their lettings managers, agents and negotiators over the years.I would like to say that the team of people who represent the Barnet, Whetstone and North Finchley branches managed by Andrew are first class, the best.Particular credit goes to the manager Andrew himself, along with outstanding work by Suraj, Kevin and Lee. I would also add that Karine has been brilliant.This is a very good team who go the extra mile to service your needs as a Landlord.

Paige goes above and beyond in every situation!

This review is for Paige Ford specifically and also the MG team that supported her. Paige is an incredibly responsive, helpful, genuine and supportive agent! From the time she has been an agent for my flat, she has been extremely quick to act and resolve any and all issues I have had. Today, she went above and beyond. I had left an important visa document in my flat and was stuck in a different country. Even though Paige didn’t have to do this, she went out of her way to get a locksmith she procured to access my flat, retrieve the document, leave it in the safe hands of my neighbour to be couriered back to me. She took significant time out of her busy schedule to do this favour which is certainly beyond her role. It is because of her that I’m now able to travel back to the UK after a horribly stressful time. You definitely will not meet a better person or agent than Paige! Very grateful for the help and support I received from her and the MG team.

North Finchley asset

As big corporations swallow up independent businesses and dominate our lives how lovely it is to have the option of choosing a family run business that has local roots and offers a premium personal service. Martyn Gerrard in North Finchley doesn’t inflate prices and certainly doesn’t disappoint. It has a long established reputation and has helped me and many of my friends buy and sell homes over the past 15 years. Craig’s market knowledge is accurate and the agency really sees clients as people as opposed to sources of profit. Other fancy agencies might promise much but actually deliver less and cause so much more stress in the long run. I can’t recommend Martyn Gerrard enough. North Finchley is lucky to have a branch.

Horrible experience dealing with Jay Y.

Jay Yildirim from Martyn Gerrard Estate Agents was not good at negotiating the offer we made for a house we were interested in. He never met us in person even after having had a few viewings and having made a serious offer. He always spoke for the seller without actually getting back to them and asking for their real opinion and thoughts which created a big mess. It was horrible and we eventually lost interest because of this. Thanks!
