A Brilliant Estate Agent, we couldn’t have expected anything more

First time landlords letting through Martyn Gerrard Southgate Branch, using the fully managed service. Great experience and customer service from your guys Sheriaz Gulzarand and Faisal Azim in your letting team. All issues throughout the tenancy were handled efficiently and professionally. Always helpful explaining everything that was required. Sheriaz was especially patient with all our questions, and I would 100% recommend him. They took the stress out of renting our property. Can't thank them enough. Worked up to and beyond our expectations therefore, we have decided to let Martyn Gerrard to fully manage the tenancy during the agreed term with the rent collection, property maintenance and repairs, etc.

Great professional service

Initially Craig from the North Finchley branch took my instruction. He was able to give me a detailed and honest appraisal of my flat. He made sure that I understood the current market situation, the marketing plan and cost involved. He gave me an accurate and realistic valuation. Craig was involved and worked alongside Jatin to ensure a smooth sale.As the local branches work collaboratively Jatin from the Finchley Central branch also arranged viewings. I accepted an offer within ten days of the flat being the flat being on the market. Jatin was efficient and honest throughout the whole process. He kept me regularly up to date of how the sale was progressing. There were some issues with the roof that became apparent after the survey, Jatin was able help me organise other professionals to overcome these. He and his team were able to secure the best price and ultimately the sale has gone through from the initial offer.Both Craig and Jatin were caring and able to alleviate and manage my anxiety throughout the sale.I would not hesitate in recommending Martyn Gerrard if you want efficient, professional and caring service. Great experience

Andre Waldron was great. We felt we were working with our friend rather than an estate agent. He patiently showed us a few houses, without pushing anything. When we found the house, he gave us some advice on how to place an offer that would be effective. When we thought everything was fine our buyer pulled out, but Andre managed to convince our seller not to put the house back in the market, giving us time to find another buyer. We were in a big chain, the process wasn't an easy one, but throughout it we were being informed of everything. We highly recommend Martyn Gerrard and Andre Waldron.

Bent over backwards to help me see an apartment I was interested in

I saw an apartment pop up on Rightmove that looked like exactly what I wanted and walked into the Finchley Central office to ask about it. Oliver was so helpful. Even though it was a place in North Finchley, he called the North Finchley office to make arrangements for me to see the apartment, and, when I couldn't make the scheduled viewing for the next day, Oliver worked with Suraj in North Finchley to make arrangements for me to see the place later that afternoon. Although I wasn't ultimately able to make a successful offer on the apartment, Oliver followed up with a suggestion of another apartment I might like.
