Bruvis and Jamie have been friendly and efficient and have had excellent communication with us while we agreed both a house purchase and sale. A good purchase price was swiftly agreed on for the house we wish to buy, and Bruvis and Jamie both helped in obtaining a very good agreed sale on our current home without it even going to market.. All very stress free! Thank you both..

When I first met Daniel Harris I was told he is the "rising star" of Martyn Gerrard and I can see why, he certainly stands out from the crowd.On a personal level I found him to be down to earth and approachable, respectful and not too pushy.Professionally he was extremely efficient, always available, very communicative and really hard-working, even in a heatwave!So far I am pleased I chose Martyn Gerrard from all the other estate agents out there and consider myself fortunate to have been able to work with Daniel.

We are a very fussy couple but this was never a problem for Shuhan he listened to all our needs he really took the time to understand what our priorities were. And he delivered, we have moved into our new flat and couldn't be happier! Shuhan really took care and that's what mattered to us the most.

After a recent bad experience with another agent in the area we answered a letter from Martyn Gerrard and arranged for them to visit/value the property. Immediately we found Bruvis to be very personable, knowledgeable and professional and this has been consistent throughout. It was clear the team were doing everything possible to sell the property and I had frequent updates from Bruvis to help us through the process.
