I've been using MG for around 12 years…

I've been using MG for around 12 years now to assist with finding tenants and dealing with renewals on my rental property. I have always been happy with them. They are always helpful, efficient and friendly no matter the query and have always found me good tenants. Zoe in particular has been super helpful over the last few years with the renewals side and organising safety certificates etc. She always goes above and beyond and is a pleasure to deal with.

Idk what to say Thieves, untrustworthy not to be trusted. They took deposit and we cleared that we have guarantor if the credit check fails and we declare everything to which they have said don’t worry just pay deposit if check fails then you have guarantor in place only 20 min later got a call and they told tell me that I failed the credit check and they can’t accept guarantor and also can’t return my holding deposit. I’m shocked what to do go to police hire solicitor so this doesn’t happened to anyone els. Me and my girlfriend are expecting a baby too and we have canceled everything els waited till last moment to hear from them and this Very very sad 😢 and its very unjust3422/1/11/22 case noManager: Tyler Gorman Renting agent: Fatmir Dedei (whom confirmed pay and if referencing don’t pass he said we have guarantor in place.)Mill hill branchFollowing up they did call me and return my money but I’m still homeless I have closed all my options and declare everything truthfully but still didn’t get the house and almost lost my holding deposit.

We recently sold a property with Martyn Gerrard and Andreas - their service and professionalism was outstanding from the first interaction. We had an offer inside of 3 weeks which sadly fell through very late in the process (to no fault of the agent) but the way Andreas and Eni reacted was amazing, the house was re listed straight away and they both started to speak to prospective buyers again - 3 viewings within 4 hours and another offer accepted within 24 hours. Genuinely a nice team.
