I have used martyn gerrard as both a buyer and now as a seller. My experience has always been good but there was something extra special about this time as a seller. Not only did the team strike the ideal balance of pragmatism and enthusiasm (probably owing to their exceptional and unbeatable knowledge of the North London area) but they also went above and beyond with arranging small details to keep the wheels of the sale moving smoothly. Their fee has been well earned - not something you hear of said often with estate agents I know, but it’s true!

Warning ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ This agency took our holding deposit and we have explain to them about poor credit history but we have guarantor. and they said don't worry quick to take signs on all sort of documents through online portals only to call us 20min later that credit check failed and we can't take guarantor and our deposit can't be return.. Very very careful Im very sad they waisted my time and lost my money to them 😞

I can’t begin to describe the horrific experience we had with Martyn Gerrard Whetstone.For the best part of 6 months this agency lied to us about the conditions of the property, Higbey Lodge. We are thankful we did not end up being conned into purchasing this property and have since completed on a stunning property with agents that were honest, helpful, and not at all misleading.Despite our concerns being escalated, staff at all levels were a nightmare to deal with; agents, branch managers, and directors. Nobody returned calls or emails, and I was even shouted at by one member of staff - totally unprofessional.Avoid using this agent at all costs. The lies and outrageous service of this agency is really what gives estate agents a bad name!

A lovely bunch of very professional sales agents, fair, open, honest, solved problems, and sold out flat very quickly and over the asking by enough to pay their own fee! I had some concern they weren’t local enough, being in Kentish Town when we were Tufnell Park, but this was not true at all, as the sales price showed. The process was well managed, and even before we signed up it was always the same person who called me, gently and politely nudging me without pressure. Martyn Gerrard Kentish Town are neither the cheapest nor the most expensive agent around but in my experience they are definitely the nicest.
