We have used several estate agents over the years and decided this time to try Martyn Gerard to find new tenants. For the start, the whole team of Cem, Anthony and Nadia have been incredibly helpful and efficient. Cem seems to go above and beyond to be helpful and always gets back straight away. He is so trustworthy. So far we've had excellent service from the whole team and got tenants at the full asking price within the week. We'd highly recommend Martyn Gerard's with this team!

TrustpilotJust rented a flat with MG in Crouch…
Just rented a flat with MG in Crouch End and very pleased with the service I received from Steffi Kampoli. She was brilliant! So fast to respond and put my offer to the landlord, that I got a response within an hour of making my offer, and I made it towards the end of the day on a Saturday! I had a million questions and Steffi always responded on time every time. This gave me confidence in living in a flat they manage as I feel they’d be quick to respond and actually care about giving a good service and their reputation. There’s a reason they have good reviews and I’m so glad I went with my gut on this flat and decided to rent with them, so thanks to their professional way it reassured me I was making the right decision here.

TrustpilotAnother very poor review
As a landlord, I can only add another extremely poor review and would strongly recommend you go elsewhere to let out your property. I felt totally unsupported, experienced a great deal of stress and suggest that Martyn Gerrard actually take note of the sheer number of negative reviews and look to change how they operate.

We understand your frustrations Nicole. It is unfortunate that despite us doing our best to help you resolve a very difficult situation, which was totally beyond our control and only arose as a result of serious underlying issues with your property, you take your frustration out on us. We hope that you can resolve the problems and wish you well. As always, and as we have said previously, we are happy to help and advise where we can, if you want us to.

TrustpilotMr Oli Leader - Excellent Estate Agent
I have dealt with many agents in my quest for a property and I must say that I have never come across an agent who is as friendly, polite and extremely professional as Mr Oli Leader. I respect his honesty and integrity the most which is a rarity within sales. He surely is a credit to Martyn Gerrard and I am sure he will go very far in his career. I will definitely recommend MG to friends and family purely because of the excellent service I received from Oli.
