Worse than other estate agents! - heard agent give difference prices to another potential tentant; plus he gave us a different price over the phone and then two different prices in person. None of these prices was reasonable for the property being viewed. He was also not respectful of current tenant and generally disrespectful in how he viewed his time versus ours e.g. “don’t be late, I don’t have time” and “I’ll send you the email but not today because I finish work soon”.

Sophie showed us the rental, and from offer to contract signing - the agency’s process was fast and everything was completed within 7 days. The referencing software they use - Goodlord ; played a big part in this and is a great tool to make the process easy, streamlined and efficient.
