Professional and smooth experience at Crouch End Branch

It had been a while since I last used an agent to find tenants for my flat in Crouch End and after having walked around the area reviewing all the Estate Agent Windows, Martyn Gerrard caught the eye hence I decided to walk in as a fact finding mission. I was introduced to Lettings manager Anthony Spittle who was very helpful in providing me with all the necessary information and answered my many questions. Shortly after, I signed up and the team at MG got to work in arranging the necessary photos, adverts etc, and the viewings began to roll in. I was kept up to date and provided with necessary information on potential tenants allowing me to make informed choices on prospective tenants.Thank you to Anthony and the team for quick and smooth turnaround.

I have just had what is probably my best Estate Agent experience yet with Martin Gerard in Crouch End. I popped in - without an appointment - to discuss my requirement in person & was met with a professional & friendly Agent - Usman. He listened to my specific rental requirement & instantly grasped why I wanted a particular kind of property & a nice, family orientated Landlord.We found my house on first go! And even though I don’t need to move for some months, the MG team discussed my requirement in detail with property owners & we seem to be an ideal match. Deal done & processed in 2 days.Overall, I dealt with three different personnel in the office. Anthony - Sales Manager, Usman & Claire from the Lettings Team. A great team.Anthony & I experienced a frightening accident on a street by the new property (on leaving my second viewing) where a young child had caught his hand in a Lime bike. I was impressed at Anthony’s swift action & kindness to the boy & his Grandmother. Again, a personal touch from clearly what is a great company, who know their market, understand their clientele from Landlord & Tenant perspective.Highly recommend!

Very Positive experience

I was very happy with my experience in letting my property with Martyn Gerrard. Sophie Wilkins was most helpful in organising a relatively quick exchange of contracts, which was slightly unusual due to my new tenant currently living abroad. She even arranged a zoom call for me with the new tenant so we could all ‘meet’ and sorted out one or two slightly complicated issues for us so both sides were happy.

We’re lucky to have Wai Lee as our Block Manager. Since Mr Lee on board, we have seen improvement around our property from landscape clean-up to removal of previous block management’s name plate and flyers. Mr Lee takes time to visit property for an on-site inspection from the building itself to the details such as the utility room’s door lock in order to identify areas that need immediate attention. Jay Yildrim at the Mill Hill Office showed me around 4 properties on Saturday afternoon. I was impressed by the way that Jay organised and coordinated these viewings so well.
