Purchased a property through Equity Estate Agents (Enfield Branch) and they were excellent from start to finish. Very professional and efficent. Aaliyah Salih helped with all the initial viewings etc and she was absolutely amazing. And Darren Nelson dealt with the transaction from acceptance of our offer to completion of our purchase and he too was absolutely amazing. Darren played a big part in pushing the transaction through to completion as quickly as possible which we were extremely thankful for. I always received quick responses to my enquiries from him and I always had prompt updates. The whole team were great!. Definately recommend them and will use them again in the future. A big thumbs up from us

We were kept up-dated with progess during the sale and if we contacted Equity for information they were always helpful. Generally I would have no concerns about recommending them to others. Darren at Equity oversaw our house sale throughout the process and became directly involved once we had a buyer and ensured it came to a successful conclusion

I am happy with the friendly stuff at your office I am very happy with Mark who I am dealing with. If there’s one thing that would help a lot when there is charges it will be good if I receive an invoice in the post rather than an email as I get so many emails I end up losing them and when I am looking to do my taxes at the end of the year it becomes an issue

I have been in the letting market since April 2007, which seems like a very long time ago. In that time I have never lost any money from non paying tenants. In the last one year I have had two houses being let out by Equity. Equity letting teams are hard working, tenacious and dogged, however the same cannot be said about the finance department. I had to serve section 21A notice on my tenant and in essence I could lose thousands of money by the time the tenant actually leaves the house. The tenant is already many months behind in the rent and Equity did not have the foresight to see about future predicaments. Now the shenanigan will continue for another six months and this debacle will financially cripple me.

We have been very pleased with the team at Equity in finding a buyer for our house. We had several very promising people viewing our house and I felt it was only a matter of time before we had a buyer. If anything the follow-up work by Darren to ensure the purchase progressed to exchange was even more impressive. It was very reassuring to know that he was shepherding our sale to a successful conclusion and I found him very responsive. Overall I have no regrets using Equity for our house sale.

Taking into account most of the other reviews its fair to say all estate agents are pretty much the same, however this estate agents are one of the worst in my vast experience. They lack the skills required to actually get things done. They don't have an onboard maintenace dept and they are good at making excuses.I am currently having to go through their redress scheme bacause they are exceptional at being mistruthful. They are getting money for old rope as the saying goes. I can say with certainty that I will never ever use this company again. ALL SHOW :( If everything is going well then you are ok, but when it goes wrong they are never at fault. Many 5 stars is a falsehood. ! One year contract, then it goes on to a periodic contract that you can't terminate ,only they can. BEWARE!
