Equity dealt with the sale of 2 houses for me, mine and my mothers, at the same time. Although this was quite a stressful time they made it easier by taking control of my mother’s house sale, dealing with all viewings and contact, this was very helpful. All the staff were knowledgeable about both sales and very approachable about any queries. The service from Equity was excellent and I highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property in Enfield .

If I could give minus stars I would. This company represents everything that is bad with High St estate agents. Extremely poor service, yes they probably have a huge database but it’s full of people not interested in buying houses just voyeuristic time wasters, who cannot meet mortgage criteria. This company promised big and delivered less than nothing. They failed to pass on ALL offers, in order for them to sell to a couple who were clearly willing to pay to secure a cheap deal. Agents didn’t bother to attend the viewings and arranged viewings when I was busy with guests at home. I even asked one couple if they wanted a house in my area and they said no. Equity did not provide me with any feedback despite me asking, in the end I let the contract lapse so I could move to another agent. Don’t waste your time use an online agent, where you have transparency and control over your sale. AVOID at all costs

FacebookBeen renting since August 2016 and not one thing in the flat has been dealt with, i had no hot water for 3 months due to their dodgy plumber Alex not knowing what he is doing, a toilet that didn’t flush well for 3 months also, he also lost my back door key that I gave him so he could do his job when I wasn’t home and to put the cherry on top I had a break in on 23rd December 2017 , I’m on my own with two toddlers and I’m still waiting for window to get fixed, if it wasn’t for my uncle who is a professional carpenter to find left over wood in his garage to close the gap until Equity fix it I would have been left over two weeks with a shattered window in my children’s bedroom over the Christmas period. Oh and thank you to my mum who allowed my children to move in with her over the Xmas period so my babies are not in an unsecure flat... oh and when expressing my concerns to Androulla whilst she made me have a panic attack over the phone for the lack of support I was getting she responded with ‘ I won’t stand this abuse’ These people have no conscience , I’m in fear of where I am now and yet I continue to pay my rent Oh let me also add my boiler needed servicing on 31st October 2017 and I got a call two days before they closed for Xmas holidays to come round and quickly do it, still yet to be done due to break in and my son being unwell, my anxiety has hit the roof �

It has been a great pleasure to deal with Equity Estates. From the time of finding the right tenant after two unsuccessful attempts, to organising the Tenancy Agreement and getting the tenant into our flat, it was a smooth process. Always at hand to sort out all our queries. It was great to work with a friendly and professional team at Equity Estates. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good estate agent.

As first time buyers, the team at Equity gave us a lot of support to help push our purchase over the line, particularly through several challenges. Darren and Helen supported us throughout, they were incredibly responsive and helpful in terms of explaining everything and doing a lot of the legwork on behalf of the solicitors. I looked around a flat being sold by Kyrie. He was thoroughly professional throughout and facilitated my second viewing. I am very glad to have used this firm to sell my property. The first sale fell through due to the buyer pulling out at a very late stage, but the team at Equity went above and beyond for me, and I was able to sell my property for several thousand pounds more soon afterwards. You won’t be disappointed in using this company.
