TrustpilotThe staff are knowledgeable
The staff are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They arranged viewings quickly and they always accompanied the potential buyers. Once the property was under offer, the staff kept me informed of exactly what was happening. Great service. Thanks to everyone at Equity

I am very glad to have used this firm to sell my property. The first sale fell through due to the buyer pulling out at a very late stage, but the team at Equity went above and beyond for me, and I was able to sell my property for several thousand pounds more soon afterwards. You won’t be disappointed in using this company.

TrustpilotRecommend using Equity to sell your house
We sold our house through Equity. We chose them as we had bought the house through Equity 4 years ago and they were a pleasure to deal with. We were not disappointed selling through them. Darren and Helen did a wonderful job liaising with our buyers and it was difficult at times. I would thoroughly recommend selling and buying through Equity.

Equity have been great with the sale of our house even during these Covid times. Very happy with all staff attitude and helpfulness. The showings went well despite the PPE arrangements, only 2 people at a time and spaced well apart. Finally our amazing sales progressor Helen keeping in touch with us, our buyer and solicitors on a regular basis. Many thanks Equity.

GoogleOur estate agent Kyrie Georgiou at Equity was invaluable in helping us find our dream home. From our first meeting we felt very comfortable. His knowledge, availability, friendly and honest attitude, and attention to our requirements really won our trust. It's refreshing to find an agent who goes over and above to help the customer. Can't recommend highly enough!

GoogleWe have just sold our house with Equity and have been very pleased with the service. Particularly with Josh at the outset, Kyrie on Sales and Darren and Helen as the sale progressed. Friendly and efficient service throughout - I would certainly recommend Equity for anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Enfield.
