Despite the first buyers pulling out after 4 months of waisted effort, he managed to very competently chase all parties involved, leading to the succesfull sale of the house. GoogleI found the entire team at Equity really helpful throughout. I am a first-time buyer and was overwhelmed with the amount of information there was to take in but they were so helpful through each stage and provided me with amazing information and support. It's great having such a great estate agents so close by. I'll definitely use them again next time I move!

Stay away from them. We’ve been with them for 2.5 years and most recently they turned out to be lying to us and to landlord too. We pay rent on time and they keep hold of the money. It even happened that they didn't passed money to landlord for 2 months. They telling us that landlord request us to do this and that and then landlord calls and says he never said anything like that and he's happy with the way things are, apart from agency services as they been nothing but lying to him and to us. He will now terminate his contract with the agency. They even asked us not to talk to landlord so we wouldn't find out what's going on and threatened us that we have move out if he leaves the agency, which is not the truth. Lying manipulating group of people. Spare your time and don't sign anything with them.

Honestly, fantastic service from the lovely people at Equity estate agents. Darren and Kyrie especially have been brillaint. Selling a property during the peak of Covid was not easy but they where always at hand to help and offer guidence. Highly reccomend!!
