GoogleDealt with Daniel & Reggie during the purchase of our daughter's flat. Daniel was very professional, helpful & friendly when showing us around & Reggie always kept us up to speed. Google*Save Your Time and Money - Avoid This Place* I highly recommend steering clear of Bairstow Eves Enfield Town. Our experience here was incredibly disappointing due to the unprofessionalism exhibited by Derek and Ben. From the start, our emails were ignored, and promised callbacks never happened. It felt like there was no genuine interest in making a deal or following through on commitments. If you’re looking for a place that values its clients and maintains professionalism, I suggest seeking alternatives. Save yourself the time, money, and headache!

GooglePoor service from this Branch, went to view flat for a cash purchase and emailed an offer, no response from them, even tried to call and it always goes to voicemail. Even when I went to view the flat the agent didn’t know anything about the flat, no double glazing but according to him it’s has, didn’t know if the flat had an up to date EICR, knew nothing about the central heating and water system. What is the point of him showing us the flat if he knew nothing about it and can’t answer basic questions.

GoogleHorrid branch with a disappointing service. I would not advice anyone to let from this branch. They do not give back deposits, they take you on a wild goose chase when calling, they are extremely unprofessional and i will be pursuing legal action because of how iv been treated it is disgusting behaviour. Let at your risk!!!!!!!

GoogleJodie Langston is so helpful ! she goes above and beyond she wasnt earning from me as they didnt even manage the property . They found me a tenant and she couldn't be more helpful when I wanted to serve notice was always there for me when I need help and advice that a good agent ! not someone just helping because they're getting something in return ! GoogleI was very satisfied by all the staff at Bairstow Eves in Enfield Town, as soon as you walk in the door they are very welcoming and create a comfortable environment to be in. I would especially like to thank Shakir Ahmed for all his hard work in helping me and my family with our property. He is very polite, has great communication skills, is very warm and has given us such good advice that it was so easy for us to finally make a desicion. I would also like to thank Darryl and Nicholas who were also very helpful and respectable.
