Couldn't be happier with the service we received! Genta was wonderful; friendly, professional and so helpful. We tried quite a few different agencies when looking for our rental and most left us disappointed by being unhelpful or making things complicated. Genta was the complete opposite! The whole process of renting with Bairstow Eves leaves others trailing far behind; so simple and straightforward - I highly recommend them and the lovely team in Enfield branch.

Farooq was determined to achieve a very good price in a difficult market. I’m a landlord who’s been with Bairstow for approaching two years. The agents themselves are fantastic, they’ve found me great tenants who have paid on time and looked after my property. This being said, in January this year I’ve had a minor issue which has taken them approaching 4 months to deal with. Their property management company are terrible! They won’t answer my calls, I’ve chased them repeatedly to get the job done and I’ve now been told after 4 months that I have to source my own contractor to finish the job. I’ll be ending my contract with them as soon as I can
