He say call you today later on, no body call me. Next day I am call again, I say I want pay deposit she say can you come office tomorrow, I say ok. Next day she say properties already take deposit. Truly an awful experience, they got me to sign the contract and even told me to put the utilities into my name and then informed me the current tenants were not leaving. When I asked for my holding deposit back they promised it within 3 to 5 days and on the 6th day I'm still waiting. You'll understand why estate agents have such a poor reputation once you deal with these guys. Avoid at all costs if you value your sanity. Truly awful experience.NegativeProfessionalism

Hy, I have a very good experience with this company, the first off all I receive my deposit, and after that when I leave earlier the property, almost 2 weeks, I received my money back for this days, I believe that this says so much about the company, is very professional and very serious, in my opinion. Started Great with Darryl the manager, than all went downhill, he left so all his staff, there was no one to deal with as it become a ghost estate agent with only the mortgage adviser working there no one from sales as they all as mention left, a cover was sent in from another branch as a sales advisor he had too much on his plate to deal with( he tried his hardest not his fault it's the overall corporation way of working), my advise stay away from this massive estate agent (countrywide) as one day you have a fully staffed estate agent the next day they all gone, wasted 6 weeks with no one trying to sell my property, I'm furious, their area manager pretended nothing happening at the beginning until faced with reality. look at their record they are the lowest performing agency in terms of sales.
