GoogleI used Atkinsons to sell a flat for probate in a difficult market. They were great throughout the process, but really earned their fee in the last few days where it could easily have fallen through without constant chasing of the various parties by Atkinsons. Great job, thank-you!

GoogleI rented a property through Atkinsons, and found the letting department very in favor of the landlord, I was treated like a second class citizen... but enough of that, because when the house went on the market and the sales team swept in, I was introduced to Nic Pounds! Super professional, very energetic, positive and enthusiastic, I was actually a bit taken aback, she was terrific to say the least. As a professional myself, I would not only get her to sell my property, but would hire her if I could... Well done Nic, you actually changed my impression of Atkinsons, Kudos to you.

GoogleAtkinsons have been wonderful, prompt, diligent and just really nice to work with! I certainly chose the correct agents! Right from the outset, Atkinsons shone above the rest. Their first contact with me with a written valuation and company introduction was prompt, professional, courteous, very well written and presented. The sale presentation and attention to detail was meticulous. Atkinsons handled all the viewings themselves, and a sale was agreed within a few days. During the paperwork and admin phase, leading up to exchange and completion, Atkinsons were forefront in ensuring all solicitors and clients were up to date and queries were speedily dealt with to prevent any delays. I really could not have had better service, Atkinsons were exemplary.

GoogleWe recently purchase a property and as first time buyers Atkinsons were great throughout the entire process. The agents who worked with us were all incredibly helpful and understanding, particularly as we had lots of questions as first time buyers. The had no problem meeting us later in the evening to view the property so we could go after work (and we viewed it like 5 times!). We also had regular phone calls and updates from everyone and not once did I have to chase or ask for information on what was happening with the sale. I've previously dealt with some questionable estate agents during my years renting and Atkinsons were a breath of fresh air in comparison - can't recommend them highly enough.

GoogleI recently bought a house in EN1 through Atkinsons Residential but I originally enquired about the house through another estate agent in Enfield. The other agent wasn't responding back to my calls or emails so I decided to contact Atkinsons. I was put through to Pablo who was very professional, he would respond within hours of messaging him and we managed two get the house completed in few weeks. Atkinsons also provided us with a nice house warming gift when we went to pick up the keys, nice touch!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleThere is nothing good to say about this Estate Agency having spoke to a lady there about renting my property through them. The lady was both rude, arrogant and condescending, certainly not the type of estate agents to help landlords rent their property, avoid!

GoogleAtkinsons were amazing right from the start, really professional, honest and sincere which is not often something you would normally hear someone say about Estate Agents. But they really were- I could not recommend them enough, they were in constant contact with me, keeping me updated and went above and beyond to make things happen and move and fast as they can. They were a real delight to deal with.

GoogleWhat a disgrace rude rude . Didn't care that I was working and able to afford rent for a three bed property, Total discrimination. I was asked about my income more than they was asking from what they were advertising. But still was been questioning down about my salary then yelled at me that I was not coming in with that amount. The person was not very uneducated as I was asked what would I be coming home with after tax she calculated my salary after tax as a yearly annual which is completely stupid. GoogleI am afraid I had nothing but poor service from beginning to end and it felt like a cliche or every sitcom estate agency you have ever seen. Unfortunately they were chosen by my ex wife or I would have let them go almost immediately. They did eventually secure the sale but I am not convinced it was at the best price and it was a hassle through to the end (the person dealing with sale closure always seemed to be "on their way in" "at lunch" or "just left") until I lost patience. GoogleWe actually came across Atkinsons when we first moved to Enfield as renters 6 years ago, and we simply could not fault them. We liked them so much that they were our first consideration for selling our property, and we couldn't have been happier with the service we received. Every member of staff that we dealt with was professional, approachable and always contactable. We were also very happy with the property valuation and final sale value. GoogleI have used Atkinson’s for many years as my letting agents and more recently as selling agents. As letting agents they are excellent and efficient. I have a property in another part of the country managed by a national agency and their service is not a patch on The Letting Line which is Atkinson’s property management arm and their fees are higher.
