GoogleI recently used Atkinsons Residential to sell my property. They were professional and reliable throughout and were always on hand to answer questions and reassure me when I needed them. Nic, Claire and Jane were friendly, approachable and trustworthy. Selling a property is always stressful but with their help and advice things went smoothly and the process felt easy. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

GoogleThese guys are amazing and go out of their way to make sure things run as smooth as possible, even when things get stressful!! Sold our property through them and also an elderly relative's property on their behalf at the same time. Pablo is so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, always returns any calls and messages immediately. Nicky is lovely and deserves a medal for the way she keeps it all moving, she kept us updated on the progress at all times and helped sort any issues out quickly and calmly. GoogleThe team at Atkinsons were so helpful throughout the whole experience. Nic and Claires communication was great and personable and when you're helping to sell your parents house of over 40 years, having never done anything like that before and feeling absolutely clueless, it really was appreciated (and needed!). Thank you to all that were involved. I would highly recommend!

GoogleAfter being introduced to Atkinsons Residential by the wonderfully friendly and welcoming Nicola, everything went as smoothly as possible. Our house sold after just a few days on the market. Pablo was fantastic and so knowledgable about all the houses he showed us and Nikki was brilliant at chasing the chain and keeping everyone informed with what was going on. GoogleI would highly recommend Atkinsons Residential as an estate agent, they are professional but with a personal touch which was really nice. Nicole was always reachable and helpful. Once we sold our flat, Claire Loten was appointed to us to progress the sale, she was great at communicating with us and helped the transaction move as quickly as possible. Overall we are happy with the service we received.

GoogleHighly recommend the team at Atkinson’s. They took the time to showcase our property at its best and minimised disruption through a very successful open house day. They kept us up to date with progress and worked well with our solicitor and others in the chain. There were plenty of unforeseen hiccups along the way and We will be forever grateful to Nikki and Claire for their understanding and persistence.

GoogleAt the beginning of the process of buying and selling my house I found Atkinson's really friendly, polite and helpful. They were not pushy in any way and understood that this was a very stressful purpose and patiently waited until I found the house I loved. Nic and Nicky were very supportive throughout the process. I would definitely recommend them if you are thinking of buying or selling a house.

GoogleIt is over 20 years since I sold a house so was dreading it. However, the experience with Atkinsons was excellent. Estate agents get a bad reputation but any negative sentiments can’t be applied to Atkinsons. I had dealings with three different women at Atkinsons and they were all great. Responsive, reliable, friendly and genuine. The sale was long and drawn out (none of which was their fault) and they held my hand throughout when I was losing my nerve. I would highly recommend them.

GoogleAtkinsons Residential helped us sell our flat in Enfield Chase, we used their services to purchase our flat in the first place and had a positive experience hence our choice to sell with them also. Sam Lacey and Nicola Marston helped with our sale. Sam did the appraisal of the flat and all the viewings. We always followed up with him for feedback from prospective buyers and he was always honest and responsive. GoogleI was extremely pleased with the service I received from Atkinson's when selling my property. Nothing was too much trouble for Nic and Jane and they kept me informed of developments almost on a daily basis. They took a number of people to view the property, which was unoccupied, and always informed me beforehand. Finally their fees were more competitive than other estate agents in the area. I would thoroughly recommend them.

GoogleAs someone who was not a fan of your average estate agent, when I was looked for a home to buy - I met tons of agents, most of whom fit the usual bill! Then I bought a house via Atkinsons and now I'm here wanting to talk about the seamless and professional service I received from them. Sales manager Sam was informed, helpful and showed me properties that only matched my brief. He was adept at negotiating with the seller so both parties were happy. Once the sale was underway, Nicola walked me through all the steps and the nuances of my particular sale, so I didn't feel too stressed. I was a first-time buyer and my solicitors weren't up to scratch but the two above mentioned names were really helpful, always took my calls and helped a lot in the final stages. They were great. I would have no problem recommending Atkinsons for your property or lettings projects, it's clear why they stand head and shoulders above other agents in the area - mainly due to their personable, diligent approach to what is essentially one of life's biggest decisions. Thanks again to the entire team for all their help, I'll pop in and say hello when I next walk past!

GoogleSam Lacey was very friendly, professional and trustworthy. He knew a lot about the local housing market. Throughout, the whole time the property was up for sale we received regular feedback on viewings which was very helpful. We liked the way that Atkinsons marketed our property which was much better than other Estate Agents we have used. As well as Sam. Nicola and others back at the branch were very helpful. We had a very good experience with Atkinsons and would recommend them to others.

GoogleFrom the moment we enquired about our house to the weeks after we’d settled into our new home, Atkinson’s were enormously helpful. Often, you get the impression that estate agents are sleazy, but when we met Sam who showed us round our house, we were delighted to find he was approachable and friendly without being pushy. Equally, when we had our offer accepted, Nicola was enormously helpful and communicative whilst the buying process went through. On moving day, Atkinson’s gave us a bottle of champagne and in the week after we’d moved in, continued to communicate with us regarding our new home and any help they could provide. A first class service from start to finish- thank you!
