GoogleWe recently sold our 2 bed flat through Atkinsons! It was a difficult sale, I think due to concerns over Brexit. However I must say that even though the sale took longer than expected Samuel and the team always had time for me and always returned my calls. Even when the going got tough and we weren’t getting the amount of viewings as expected they still didn’t give up and worked extremely hard to secure our sale. I don’t think we’d have sold our flat without their perseverance. Thanks again!

GoogleOutstanding! Sam and Alan kept us informed at all times of how the marketing of our property was progressing and advised us accordingly leading up to our sale. Following our offer, Sam supported us through a difficult few months, where our kind and understanding buyer and ourselves were subjected to the stereotype of (other) Estate Agents. Once a purchase began we had the wonderful Nicola to progress our sale. Both Sam and Nicola were open, honest and trustworthy. They never lost sight of the fact they were dealing with people lives, families, future and money! They were reassuring, driven and compassionate. If only all of the Estate Agents involved could have been like them! I will miss their calls and can never thank them enough as I sit writing this in my family's 'forever home.

GoogleHaving sold a property with Atkinsons Residential this summer I can honestly say that the team here were brilliant from start to finish. Sales Manager Daniel is very professional and his all round honest and friendly approach made me trust them with my house sale as opposed to going elsewhere. Once an offer was placed on my house they have a dedicated Sales Progressor in the form of Nicky who again is very professional and deals with the solicitors on both sides to completion. The quality of photos taken to showcase the house were also of a very high quality and likely to be better than competitors elsewhere. These guys come highly recommended!

GoogleAtkinsons Residential provided excellent service throughout our recent purchase. The standard of property viewed was consistently high and Chelsie completely understood and took into account our very specific requirements from day one. Appointment times were always very flexible and Chelsie was always in attendance and was able to answer any questions we had on the property. After acceptance Nicky was also very supportive throughout the paperwork stage and make the process that much easier and quicker. I would highly recommend Atkinson's having spoken to numerous other agents in the Enfield area, very few of which came up to the high standards of the Atkinson's team. GoogleI recently purchased a property with Atkinsons, was very happy with the whole process from start to finish. It was a long process due to an extended chain however all went smoothly on the day of completion. A nice personnal touch from Atkinsons was some complimentary new address cards with a picture of our new property, also a complimentary bottle of champagne on collection of keys. GoogleHenry, Dan and Nicky were absolutely fantastic throughout both our sale and purchase. It really made a difference to have a team that were clearly doing everything they could to make the process happen as smoothly and as stress-free as was possible. I would totally recommend Atkinsons to anyone wishing to sell or buy property in Enfield, they are friendly, knowledgable, completely genuine and not at all pushy. The big difference for us is that as soon as we signed our contract to sell and had an offer accepted on a purchase they still made a concerted effort to make us feel involved and informed at every stage which is a real big positive. GoogleWas buying a house from Atkinsons, not once did the sales progressor Nicola get back on any phone call through the whole process even for basic questions had to email a few times. Sam was good at the initial viewing but would definitely go else where if i wanted someone to represent us in a sale.
