Having recently sold our house through Atkinson’s we were delighted with their service. We met Nic at the beginning of the process and she was open, honest and friendly. Once the house was on the market viewings were always conducted professionally by Jane and Nic, and with an understanding of the challenges that come with selling a house with three young children and trying to tidy up around them! The house sold quickly and although it then took some time to complete, Claire was regularly in contact with us to ensure we understood what was happening with our buyer and the sale process. We bought and sold in Enfield last year and the whole process was made so much easier by the Atkinsons team and the fabulous Nic. Our sale and purchase were part of a chain, which did get a little tense at times. But Nic and the team were always on the other end of the phone to offer calm advice, ensure the sale went through and that the chain held. I recently moved into lovely property in Enfield and I owe it to amazing ladies at Atkinsons mainly Jane and Claire. I only viewed property once with Jane taking time to show me around and answer all my questions. I made an offer practically on the spot as I knew I can rely on Jane to present my interest in the property to their client in truthful, positive way. All initial correspondence and legal set up was dealt with promptly and efficiently. When Claire took over as Sale Coordinator we had weekly updates which helped to establish trust between all parties. If you have a property to sell, or indeed if you are buying, you cannot go wrong with the wonderful trio at Atkinsons Residential. Horrible Agent, they will never help the Tenant, they are here only for the Landlord, I found a new house to move to, I emptied all my staff and cleaned the house, Instead of giving me my Deposit, Agent Kaleigh Adler sent me an email saying I have to pay £200 to clean the house again, and also 40% will take from the deposit to Repainted the house. The worst thing is they will lie in everything for you to pay things for the Landlord. I know my English is not great, but their lot of wrong things they do

We used Atkinsons Residential recently for the selling and buying of our house. The 3 main ladies whom we dealt with was, Nic, Jane and Claire. Upon meeting Nic, I knew I wanted to use Atkinsons, she was friendly, attentive and down to earth. They are a all female team, which I have never come across and they have blown us away with their meticulous dedication, professionalism, and personal touch. Jane was super efficient, on point and always available when we needed her. Through each stage, their communication with us and with each other was phenomenal, whoever I spoke with, knew our files extensively, we always get a reply even out of hours. Claire, a big shout out to you, I know you worked crazy hours with us, even when you were on holiday.
