Really impressed! I had a lovely lady called Laura help me with looking for a house and her service and enthusiasm was outstanding. I could not have asked for any more from the team at Haart Ely, they have been amazing! After being let down by one of the online only estate agents (not worth the benefit of no commission to be honest), I called Haart Ely to value my house. By that weekend, Darren had visited, photographed and given me a price on the property. From the moment the property had been listed, Anna Smith has been in regular contact, making sure I was 100% informed and happy. Viewings came in thick and fast, and within 2 weeks I had accepted an offer from a cash buyer. The whole process of buying a house has been made so much easier by Anna and the team there, and despite Anna being away for a holiday I was still able to call and speak to branch manager Angelos, who still knew all about my house sale despite not having much contact with me before then. It seems like the whole branch is professional, friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to property. I would often contact Anna for updates rather than my own solicitor, because I knew I would get a quick response and a straight answer, and I have never been let down. If Anna isn't available when I call, I can guarantee that she will get back to me within the hour with a call or an email. In short, I can say this is easily one of the best estate agents I have dealt with. And not only that it is the wonderful staff, Anna especially, who make Haart Ely what it is.

I had heard bad things about Haart Estate Agents and as a bit gutted when the house we wanted to buy was being managed by them. However I have to say that the rumours are not true. We had an amazing experience with Haart. Anna Smith is superb at her job. She is very easy to contact, she answers all your questions clearly, she has a very down to earth, 'human' approach to her work. She really helped us out when the seller tried to gazump us right before completion, and protected us from a lot of stress and anxiety that way. I couldn't recommend Anna highly enough. We are still surrounded in boxes but very happy in our new home in Ely. Thank you Anna!

Thank you so much to Anna for helping us sell our home and with our move. We are now happy home owners in downham market. Anna took all the pressure off us and kept us updated accordingly.
