Anna was very friendly, helpful and reassuring throughout the entire home-buying process; unobtrusive but informative during the viewings, reassuring during the offer stage, she also recommended and introduced me to efficient surveyors, mortgage brokers and solicitors and was swift to reply to any concerns during the conveyancing stage; nicely appeasing both vendor and seller! It was lovely to have her “on my side” in what would have otherwise been a very stressful period.

Ellie Wilson had every relevant information about the property I was viewing which is very rare these days. not throwing negative shade on other estate agents but whichever properties I had seen before most agents would just hand me the brochure of the property and let me decide whether I have any question or not, which can be tough for people who are first time buyer and not sure what is the right question. Be at age of the boiler, whether any renovation was done, windows replaced, space etc. Ellie had all the information ready.
