Laura is an exceptionally skilled estate agent and an absolute pleasure to work with. I was amazed by the knowledge she had about the property she was showing us around and this is so often not the case. She was able to tell me really useful information about the house that I didn't even realise would be helpful to know. Laura showed me 3 properties in 3 different locations, guiding me around unknown territory, with patience for my mobility problems,and lack of knowledge of some of the locations. She could see immediately that one of the houses was totally unsuitable for me, and was happy to go the extra mile and find the anser to a question about another property which for she hadn't been given information In what could become a thankless task, Laura made it almost a joy to look at the properties, and left an excellent impression upon me of her abilities and willingness to help.

Following a failed sales attempt by a local competitor agent, I got in touch with Scott and his team. Swift action was taken in appointing, advertising and selling my property within just a couple of weeks. I was delighted. A side note. I would not advise using the Haart recommended solicitor 'JS Law'. I found them imprecise and sluggish. To be clear however, this bares zero reflection on the service provided by Haart who were excellent throughout.
